Where Abundant Health…(in the form of humor and video editing) gets you ON the tailgate! 🤣

Lots of ways to express health…including humor, laughter, challenging yourself, and faking it until you make it!

📍Chiropractor, Bozeman, Montana, where good health includes playing like a kid!

I need a few more workouts before I can really do this. @406ct I’ll video you doing this for real! 🤩

P.S.- Some people train for @runtherut ; I’m working on my 1X-Max effort ! 🤣🤣

Watch my arms contract on their own, this is what @emsculptneo does. I use it on my recovery days between strength training sessions with my coach @406ct, it activates 100% of your muscle fibers at once, more than your body naturally recruits even under a heavy lift. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Six sessions in and the results are real, then it’s just maintenance to keep them.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Comment “NEO” and I’ll tell you more about how this works.⁣⁣

Had an awesome day getting Taki Uluilakepa with the Montana State Bobcats on the Gallatin today. Taki had never been fly fishing, and thanks to Christina Walker, that all changed! He absolutely tore it up, and there were a ton of laughs had by all! Thanks Christina! Taki- I have a feeling you’re going to be doing this fly fishing thing for years to come buddy- great job today!

Somewhere in between the grind, the early mornings, the long days… you realize this is exactly where you’re meant to be.
Grateful for the people I get to train.
Grateful for the lessons this job teaches me every day.
Grateful I get to wake up and do something that actually means something.
It’s bigger than workouts.
It’s about helping people feel stronger, move better, and believe in themselves again.
I don’t take this for granted not the smiles, not the progress, not the trust.
Just appreciating life right now. 🤝
