“Mint” concept pack I bounced off of @clinkertaylor
Which one you feeling clinkers?!?
Some fresh colorway concepts I’d love to see hit the @theclinkroom with one of mine and a handful from a few of my favorite designers.

😈🎶Boogiemen🎶😈

<<< @theclinkroom >>>

This 🔥 design entitled “Boogiemen: The New Jam” by @40swords was recolored by @pac0naut … The red & Kelly green colors pop off the black backdrop & and are accented by hits of metallic silver & gold. This design is one of many done by @40swords that I dig!

I paired this dope fitted up with the Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Neon Paisley Bandana. The pops of volt mixed in the the different bandana colors & surrounded with black hits just works for me. To finish off the combo I used 2 pairs of @apthcry paisley socks (red & green), along with a volt colored Nike pair. Which ones do y’all think look the best? I’ve been busy lately with football but I appreciate the love & support. Stay blessed folks! 🙏💛

Designer’s quote:

A re-imagining of the Original Clink 1.0 design, the Boogiemen is dedicated to the undying spirit of Hip-Hop, particularly the art of the turntables. The design is meant to evoke the fury and fire that comes from within when the DJ cuts loose on the wheels of steel.

Day 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of my #favoriteclinks

As I mentioned last week, this has been very difficult. As someone who absolutely loves @theclinkroom hiphop collabs, I figured to do a run based on my favorites.

Tape Eaters - the OG, Andreas and @pac0naut by Layne and Aurélian
Boogiemen: The New Jam - OG by @40swords and the pac0naut remix
BOOMbox - Layne and Aurélian OG with the Paco remix
Two turntables and a mic - Layne and Aurélian
Old Skull - @jacobovidal_r
Spitfire - Layne and Aurélian

Listen, that Layne and Aurélian run of hiphop dopeness was music to our eyes, that’s why @itsblazerock and I did an entire Launch Angle project based on these.

My favorite out of ALL these though? It’s the super underrated Spitfire. That hat is just pure freshness.

Headed to the final countdown.

Almost wore this with my Sakuranami tee yesterday - QuickDraws “Foundation” by my dude @40swords

Regardless how you feel about the side hit, this one is one of my favorites from the Foundation pack.

Next up - Shinobi Kong by @flanaganstudios and @clinkertaylor - nothing but pure fire and I said this one might be a daily driver. It has been so far.

It is Sunday, and all I have planned is coffee, reading, and listening to music, and it is a perfect day.

Books number 14 & 15 of the year.

Angel Down is a World War I novel by @kraus_author . Written as one unbroken sentence, with short paragraphs that start with "and,"
A squad of soldiers on a mission to euthanize a wounded comrade finds an Angel trapped in barbed wire, sparking conflict as their greed and paranoia turn the encounter into a descent into hell.

I matched that up with

Smiles & Cries "Yokai" - by Clinker @40swords. From @theclinkroom

Also, on to book two of the Dungeon Crawler Carl series, “Carl's Doomsday Scenario” by @mattdinniman
The first book was amazing and fun. I know it is filed under LitRPG. But to me, it feels like a good case for us being in a simulation. It makes about as much sense as anything else. Or you could think of it as reading a video game script that has no problem knowing it's a video game script. Not to say it breaks the 4th wall but it's use of pop culture when explaining loot. Either way, it is fun.

“GOD DAMMIT DONUT!!!”

I paired it with True Love "Soul Mate" - by Clinker The Dude Designs
