Today we honor Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. by pausing , breathing , and reflecting on his legacy of love , justice , and service . May our practice guide us towards peace within and equity beyond the mat.

Leaning on wisdom words from Jaiya John as another petal unfolds in the wondrous garden of life. So much love to Karuna O’Donnell for her guidance on this path. ❤️ For Christine Rose, her resilience and steadfast leadership, and for all the folks who supported the studio.

“Every moment has its sunrise, sun peak, and sunset. Its expression of Sacred Will. When we learn to move in this supernatural harmony and rhythm, we get the most out of life. We are preciously squeezing our moments. Fresh juice is produced. When we learn to make deep use of the seeds planted in us, we become a forceful garden. Fruitful. Fulfilled.”
