Living Ornaments by 4mula ~ Instructional video on how to transplant your Living Ornament from last Christmas on this Easter Sunday. As shown, cut the bottom, transplant into a pot, water weekly, and provide full sun. Behold as the mother gives birth to a family this Spring. Enjoy as a living memoir of birth at Christmas and rebirth at Easter for years to come.

May your experience in the transplant of your living ornament from last Christmas be a meaningful one this Easter Sunday. As the spiritual journeys of Ramadan and Lent converge and conclude with Eid and Easter, while Passover and the Equinox usher in Spring, faith in all of its forms come together in their own ways to celebrate the same thing, life itself.

Tomorrow, 4mula celebrates its 22nd birthday on April 4th. Thank you to everyone who has brought new life to this decades-long concept. As always, it is last year’s edition of living ornaments that serve to inspire the next. An inspired new edition is already underway for this Christmas in Union Square. We look forward to seeing you in November, and bringing you new living ways to celebrate birth and rebirth. @4mulafarm #4mula #livingornaments #birthatchristmasrebirthateaster

Fourteen years, and tens of thousands of Living Ornaments. This year, I’ll keep this ambitious little classic for myself. Thank you, New York City, for being a place where I can reach so many people from all walks of life. I’m proud to say that a living ornament resides in most every country on the map, in places I can only dream to be able to visit one day. Thank you to the tens of thousands of people I’ve met who’ve supported this project, reciprocated deeply in its concept, given loving homes to the living ornaments, and brought new life to a living idea. It is this exchange that always serves to re-inspire what comes the following year. I return home with an abundance of new perspectives from all of you that I am eager to bring to life. On this final day in NYC, the concept of living is all the more realized. Until next time, Merry Christmas and all the best for a 2026 that is as alive as ever. Love, Timothy @timothybahash
