🤩 Showcasing our art and sharing our voice isn't as easy as it looks. It takes a lot to vulnerably share who you are, what you think, and how you express with others. But...it helps us to build so much more confidence and face a huge fear almost all of us have. The fear of sharing who we are with the world.

At this festival you will see musicians who have made music all their lives, alongside new musicians that have just began feeling ready to share.

I give thanks to platforms like FREQ FEST that give us a chance to share our voice without judgment. To have our frequency loved, felt, and held in a community and environment where who you naturally are is accepted and encouraged.

Shoutout to all the beautiful people who have shared a piece of themselves with us. I've heard and seen some of the best performers ever because of it.

🙏🏽 Tag someone you think would love to perform at FREQ FEST in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

We are blessed to know so many musical geniuses and holistic healers, its only right we gather in Nature during this winter solstice to share our passions freely, connect to the source of our gifts, and to spread and share the abundance with our community. Everything is everything.

I see m’eyecelf in lyfe. I see love all around. Eye see creation.
Eye innerstand the importance of expression. I know how vital it is to improve communication skills for the purpose of relating to others.

With wisdom and knowedgle, I can still make a choice to be myself. To love and open my heart, in whatever capacity each moment needs.

A choice can be made to perceive every moment as a gift and even in the most uncomfortable, if we look deep enough there it is.

M’eye world is speaking to me. In every way. In all ways. Always.

Eye have learned to let go, smile more. Fucking surrender. And I’m at a new place. A new space. Where my heart is expanding.

Gratitude 🤎🖤

Some most recent moments ~ For some reason if people don’t see you doing things, they assume you’re not doing. With that, your life is your life. You are where you are supposed to be! You’re doing what you need! And you will get what you’re meant to have!

There’s never any need to work for the best outcomes happen for us always!

Recently, I’ve had so many breakthroughs! Jumped through so many portals. And felt so many shifts!

eye have transformed into greater versions of me with more capacity for love, harmony, balance, surrender, control, inner standing and more!

Grateful to the Holi Community, my partner, my family, and those that show up for me for holding me up throw while I was borrowing in the soil!

My love built our stage and basketball bamboo hoops! 😍 YOURE DOING IT BABY!

I have three spaces for those that want to transform there lives by joining the Emerge the Greatest You Course! A course where we will take inspired action to create a life that you enjoy living! It’s a 9 week or 18 week program. The weeks consist of 9 days! I’ll keep you accountable to the movements we put in place and at the end of your training we will have a celebration here in Costa Rica! Stay taped in with me for updates!
