Now that life has changed (and how! 🤪 I’m still kind of struggling to find my feet), I realise that as a person, I have become SO much more patient and much less judgmental of the people around me. Motherhood or let me say parenthood (#equalparent) can put so much pressure to do our best all the time - the parents who go out to work and miss their babies’ first everything, the parents who decide to stay home and raise the baby and miss that prized promotion, the parents who decide to take a holiday without the baby and feel guilty about just having fun as a couple...I could really go on. But honestly, each such decision has so much thought behind it that I now know better than to judge the person on why they do what they do. Everyone is fighting their own battle, right? So let’s all stop comparing and raise each other up. Tag a parent (new or old) to let them know they got this ! Start the compliment train 🚂 ✨
