DAYTON, have you tried Persian food yet?! 🇮🇷😍 I had the pleasure of getting a taste of Persia right here in the Gem City with Sama Plate & Palette, and what an experience! 🤤❤️ Sama is bringing traditional Persian cuisine, desserts, and her beautiful artistry to the Dayton community, and I love seeing our city embrace more cultures, flavors, and experiences! 🍽️ Here’s a little taste of what she offers: ✨ Ghormeh Sabzi – A slow-cooked Persian herb stew with tender beef, beans, and dried Persian limes. ✨ Gheymeh Bademjan – A flavorful beef and eggplant stew with yellow split peas, saffron, and aromatic spices. ✨ Kashk-e Bademjan – A rich eggplant dish with caramelized onions, garlic, mint, and tangy kashk. ✨ Mirza Ghasemi – Smoky roasted eggplant with tomatoes and garlic. ✨ Kuku Sabzi – A traditional Persian herb frittata made with fresh herbs, eggs, and spices. ✨ Shirazi Salad – A refreshing mix of cucumber, tomato, onion, herbs, and lemon dressing.
