Slept On Sounds 021 Club level by 79.5, 2021 The Brooklyn band started with Kate Mattison, who describes their sound as having a bit of “mellow AM Gold” to it. Soul, disco, psychedelia and the kind of harmonies she calls “buttery”. Club Level first appeared in 2021, before getting a new life through Brooklyn label Razor-N-Tape and eventually opening 79.5’s self-titled album in 2023.

3 new releases (2 released TODAY). All collaborations between British producers and vocalists born in North America - clearly a winning formula?😅🔥 Swipe to hear the 3 👉🏼 Originally released in 1994 on Strictly Rhythm, this track is a classic - and it’s just been reworked. Pairing a legendary vocalist and a producer who seem to do no wrong, it was bound to be a success - and that’s evident, topping the Traxsource chart on its release day 🏆 Michael Gray & Barbara Tucker - I Get Lifted [Fool’s Paradise] If you enjoy these tunes I’ve got a playlist full of em - comment “Playlist” and I’ll dm you the link 🤍 I’ve seen videos of this getting played at Glitterbox Amnesia, and it’s incredible. I’m there tonite, and am seeing this producer play Flower Power Pacha tomorrow nite - with any luck, we’ll be in the room when this spins 🙌🏼 Publicly released just earlier today, this track fuses emphatic disco brass with jazz-style keys to create a really funky track with catchy harmonising vocals over the top. What’s not to love?❤️‍🔥 The Shapeshifters ft 79.5 - On The Way Up [Glitterbox Recordings] If you enjoy these tunes I’ve got a playlist full of em - comment “Playlist” and I’ll dm you the link 🤍 This track was born from the first writing session between Rhian! and Raven Mandella, a working pair I hope we’re going to hear a lot more from ❤️‍🔥 Proper gospel house anthem. Summer vibes. Uplifting. Everything I love! Unreal stuff 👏🏼 Raven Mandella & Rhian! - You Lift Me Up [Paharas Musica] If you enjoy these tunes I’ve got a playlist full of em - comment “Playlist” and I’ll dm you the link 🤍 If you enjoy these tunes I’ve got a playlist full of em - comment “Playlist” and I’ll dm you the link 🤍
