Starting today, We are dedicating our time to guide you through this journey with free lessons, step by step. Let’s build this skill together. 💪
Before we begin, understand this clearly:
A Press Handstand is not just a pose—it’s a yoga transition that demands mastery over its components. There’s no shortcut, no magic pill… and definitely no “watch once, do instantly” situation.
It takes time, consistency, and smart practice.
To achieve it, you need to develop:
Strength 💪
Flexibility
Balance
Miss one… and gravity will politely remind you who’s in charge 😄
Throughout this journey, we’ll be unlocking:
Tuck Handstand
Split Handstand
Full Handstand
Each step gets you closer to the ultimate goal.
Everyone starts at a different level, so your timeline will be unique. For some, it may take 3–6 months, for others even a year—and that’s perfectly fine.
No rushing. No comparing. Just progress.
