Welcome @______matheo to Rebolucion!

Born in Brazil and based in Paris, Matheo Fernandes started in advertising young, working across Latin America before going international. A director who describes himself as a frustrated chef, he works patiently and obsessively by hand, paying attention to small details. A friend once called it 'noble naturalism'.

Best New Director of the Year at Ciclope and the Shots Awards, with recognition at Cannes YDA, the Clio Awards, the 1.4 Awards, Camerimage, Berlin Commercial, Berlin Fashion Film Festival and Directors Library.

One year ago marked the production of the film Mirage, which was recognized this year at the Berlin Fashion Film Festival by winning the Independent Luxury category.

Shot on 16mm film and featuring an original soundtrack, the film presents director Matheo Fernandes's refined perspective on the studio's creations, standing out as one of the rare Brazilian independent projects to achieve this distinction.
