Did you know that ceremonial cacao is naturally rich in magnesium and antioxidants? 🤎✨

It has been cherished for centuries for its ability to support relaxation, heart health, and emotional connection, making it a beautiful medicine for meditation and intention-setting.

I am so honored and excited that our Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath has officially sold out!!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who felt called to share this sacred space with us. I can’t wait to gather, connect, and experience the magic together next weekend✨

P.D. @edgar_el_esenio , tú también estuviste presente. 💜

Healing isn’t about never crying, never feeling pain, or pretending everything is okay. Society often teaches us that healing looks like having it all together.

As I continue on my own healing journey, I’ve learned that true healing means allowing yourself to feel.

It means sitting with your emotions, honoring your wounds, recognizing the patterns you’ve repeated for years, and having the courage to choose yourself again and again.

Sometimes, healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you were before the world taught you to disconnect from yourself. Let your soul remember. 🤎✨

This Is Fortaleza’s mission is to create a safe and nurturing space for you to reconnect with your heart.

Join us for a morning of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, sound healing, and intentional reflection, with optional sacred Hapé for those who feel called to receive this ancestral medicine.

✨ Saturday, August 29th
🕘 9:00 AM
📍 Hollydale Regional Park
South Gate, CA
