Post-marathon recovery is NO JOKE! 🥵🏃🏻‍♀️

After running a full marathon, my body was STRUGGLING. My legs were so sore, I was literally crawling my way home! When you push your body through that kind of endurance, recovery becomes just as important as the miles you put in. So, I was looking forward to meeting David at @relaxatesportsrecovery and hoping he could help me feel human again. 😂

And let me tell you… he delivered! 🙌🏼

David was super professional and made sure to address what my body needed. My session included cupping therapy, trigger point therapy, and a little Reiki to close it out. I left feeling so grateful that I made recovery a priority. 🙏🏼✨

If you’re an athlete, runner, or just someone whose body needs some extra TLC, I HIGHLY recommend checking him out!

I feel so honored and blessed to be able to say this: I truly love my life. 🤎

For the past 29 years, I’ve been searching for this exact feeling.

I’ve often wondered, What is my why? And although I know that answer may continue to evolve throughout my life as I continue to evolve, right now, I feel deeply connected to it:

My why is planting seeds. 🌱

Planting seeds of healing. Planting seeds of self-love, awareness, and remembrance. Helping people remember the power and medicine that already lives within them.

I can’t make anyone water their seeds. I can’t nurture them for them. But I can continue doing the work within myself. I can keep filling my own cup, and hope that through my healing, it overflows enough to help water someone else’s seed.

Through these ceremonies, I’ve discovered a new expression of healing—one that allows me to share what I’ve learned, create safe spaces, and pour back into my community.

I’m so deeply grateful for every person who trusts me enough to share space, vulnerability, and healing with me. 🥹🤎
