I feel so honored and blessed to be able to say this: I truly love my life. 🤎

For the past 29 years, I’ve been searching for this exact feeling.

I’ve often wondered, What is my why? And although I know that answer may continue to evolve throughout my life as I continue to evolve, right now, I feel deeply connected to it:

My why is planting seeds. 🌱

Planting seeds of healing. Planting seeds of self-love, awareness, and remembrance. Helping people remember the power and medicine that already lives within them.

I can’t make anyone water their seeds. I can’t nurture them for them. But I can continue doing the work within myself. I can keep filling my own cup, and hope that through my healing, it overflows enough to help water someone else’s seed.

Through these ceremonies, I’ve discovered a new expression of healing—one that allows me to share what I’ve learned, create safe spaces, and pour back into my community.

I’m so deeply grateful for every person who trusts me enough to share space, vulnerability, and healing with me. 🥹🤎

People often see the points on my back and ask, “What are those?”

And I’m always happy to share what Kambo is and why I chose to sit with this medicine. 🤎🐸✨

As many of you know, I’ve been on my own journey with endometriosis and fertility. Although I’ve done kambo for preparation for ceremony multiple times, I decided to work with Kambo three times throughout one moon cycle as part of my personal healing and spiritual journey as I strengthen my connection with my womb. 💫

Although I don’t have my baby earthside with me yet, I feel deeply grateful for the ways this medicine has invited me to nurture, reconnect with, and care for my body — physically, mentally, and energetically.

For me, Kambo has been a powerful ceremonial experience of release, reflection, and surrender. It is not a psychedelic medicine but rather a medicine that helps cultivate a space for cleansing, connection, and deeper awareness.

And a special shoutout to my brother @vivakambotribe for holding such intentional space. Viva Kambo! 🐸🌿✨

A little about Kambo:
Kambo is a traditional Amazonian ceremonial practice involving the secretion of the Phyllomedusa frog (monkey tree frog). It’s literally the OG peptides of the world lol. The secretion is applied to small superficial points on the skin and produces an intense, short-lived physical response. Traditionally, it has been used ceremonially for purification, preparation, and physical and spiritual strengthening.

Kambo requires preparation, experienced guidance, respect, and informed consent.

Growing up, I always had a deepvoice. If I’m being honest, I used to feel embarrassed by it. I never thought I had the smoothest, girliest or calmest voice, and when I sing… well, let’s just say I know im not the best. I don’t deny it😂

But as I’m growning and healing, I’ve learned to love my voice instead of judging it.

I’ve realized that my deep voice carries something special. It has the power to reach people, to move something within them, and to express what words sometimes can’t.

So now, I reclaim my voice. 🤎
I sing with love. I speak with intention. And I no longer hide the parts of me I once felt ashamed of.

🌿 What is Hapé? 🌿

Hapé (also known as rapé) is a traditional Amazonian snuff made primarily from Nicotiana rustica, a strong Amazonian tobacco, often blended with the ashes of medicinal plants.

It is traditionally administered through the nose using a ceremonial applicator. Each blend may be prepared with a specific intention, such as grounding, clarity, emotional release, protection, or focus.

✨ Traditionally, Hapé is used to:

• Calm the mind and cultivate presence

• Support emotional and energetic cleansing

• Deepen awareness and connection to the body

• Prepare for meditation, chanting, ceremony, or intentional practices

The experience can begin with an intense physical sensation — nasal warmth, pressure, or watery eyes, at times even purging with sneezing, coughing etc — before moving into a sense of stillness, clarity, and grounded awareness.

Tobacco is treated with deep respect and intention. Hapé is approached not simply as something to consume, but as a sacred ceremonial practice connected to presence, discipline, prayer, and the moment.
