I feel so honored and blessed to be able to say this: I truly love my life. 🤎

For the past 29 years, I’ve been searching for this exact feeling.

I’ve often wondered, What is my why? And although I know that answer may continue to evolve throughout my life as I continue to evolve, right now, I feel deeply connected to it:

My why is planting seeds. 🌱

Planting seeds of healing. Planting seeds of self-love, awareness, and remembrance. Helping people remember the power and medicine that already lives within them.

I can’t make anyone water their seeds. I can’t nurture them for them. But I can continue doing the work within myself. I can keep filling my own cup, and hope that through my healing, it overflows enough to help water someone else’s seed.

Through these ceremonies, I’ve discovered a new expression of healing—one that allows me to share what I’ve learned, create safe spaces, and pour back into my community.

I’m so deeply grateful for every person who trusts me enough to share space, vulnerability, and healing with me. 🥹🤎

Gracias, gracias, gracias 🤲🏼✨💫

Y recuerda… tú eres la medicina. 🌱🤎

Okay ladies... it’s time to remember who the fuck we are🩷

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, pouring into everyone else, or like you’ve just been on autopilot... this is for you ✨

I’m inviting you to spend a Saturday morning doing something that we don’t do enough of...

Choosing ourselves ✨

We’ll move our bodies, slow down, breathe, journal, drink ceremonial cacao with the amazing @thisisfortaleza , and finish with a sound bath under the trees 🦋

No pressure to be anything
No experience needed
Just come exactly as you are

This is what hello goddess is all about 💫

Creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, build genuine community, and leave feeling a little lighter than when they arrived🌱

🌸 Women only
📍 Alhambra Park
🗓️ July 18
💗 $40

The link is in our bio to grab your spot! If you want to skip the eventbrite fees, just DM me and you can pay through Zelle or Venmo.

I seriously can’t wait to bring hello goddess to more women. Every experience reminds me why I started this in the first place. The magic isn’t the Pilates or the sound bath... it’s watching complete strangers open up, laugh together, support one another, and leave
feeling like sisters 👯‍♀️

I would absolutely love to have you there🤍

Today I celebrate a quarter of a life with the launch of @thisisfortaleza . A project I’ve had in mind for quite some time, however I was waiting for the perfect timing where I felt most aligned with my mind, body & soul. I’m surrounded by an abundance of people who love & support me & for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you to everyone who has inspired me to be courageous. Today I celebrate all you! Cheers to 25🤎
