If y’all in ATL, go check out Cycle Gang in College Park!! I had a BALL, and it was definitely a humbling experience as I’m trying to get into doing more cardio 😭🚴🏽‍♀️

Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and the music and vibes were amazing! 10/10 experience!! I would say run, don’t walk, but 😮‍💨 you’ll need all your energy!

Check them out for Magic City Monday, Turnup Tuesday, Trap Thursday, and plenty more cycle classes for a lit experience! 🔥

Building glutes & quads one workout at a time 🫡🍑
Side lunges help build the glutes that contribute to fuller-looking hips 🤭

A ton of yall think they’re the same movement… they’re not 🤭

Want more glutes? Bend the knees slightly more and sit the hips back.✅

Want more hamstrings? Keep the legs straighter and hinge.✅

The set up determines the goal🍑

⚠️ Warning: Side effects may include peach growth mid workout🍑🤣

I don’t hit the Smith machine every glute day or every week, but when I do… baby, the burn and the pump is UNDEFEATED! 😮‍💨

Y’all better try this NEOOWW! 💕

Juicy girls train everything. 🍑
Glutes get the attention… but a strong core ties it all together.
Strengthen the core from the inside and tone it on the outside!!
Try this NOEEWW

If all you train is glutes… don’t be surprised when your progress stalls.

Strong glutes love a strong body.💪🏾

So of course train the back to support the peach we’re building. 😜

Y’all want the peach, but not the groceries. 😭🍑

The workout is only half the equation. If you’re trying to grow, you have to give your body something to build with.

Eat your meals. Lift heavy. Be patient.🤍

The gains are in the consistency.
A lot of eating is mental. Your stomach will adjust—you just have to be consistent.💪🏾

Remember…
Protein: Chicken, Fish, Eggs, Mixed nuts, Steak
Healthy Fats : Avocado, Olive Oil, Peanut Butter, Greek yogurt
Healthy Carbs : Rice, Oats, Potatoes, Pasta, Bread

I support this narrative. 😌🍑

If this isn’t how y’all describe me, I’m doing something wrong. 😂

Went to the gym for peace. Left with a pump and the same attitude. 😌

Y’all be focused on growing the peach soooo bad, you forget the top half exists 😭🍑

The look of an hourglass comes from glutes, shoulders, AND back. That’s why I train upper body just as hard as lower body.

Because if we’re building a body, we’re building ALL of it. 🤌🏽✨

Thank me later 😘
