Eclipse vibes 💓

Multiple energy activations pre and post the actual eclipse, and holding the field in cosmic divine love throughout the duration. I used the dark moon portal to

I spent the afternoon immersing in nature. From waterfalls to black sand beaches and exploring sacred caves. Liberation in frolicking around naked. Enjoying the expanse of a secret beach to ourselves. Absorbing the energy from the sun on our skin in allllll places ;) Who knew naked cartwheels in the shallows could feel so good. .

We even swam through a ravine passageway in between the rocks to get to another hidden cave with the most incredible blue water. Venturing into the unknown, with the swirling threat of the incoming tide and not being able to see much of rocks or sea creatures in front of you or below you. Let alone the shape in the distance that looked like a dead body…which of course I had to go investigate! It wasn’t, thankfully.

We came together afterwards, as a sacred trinity of divine feminine energy in the cave that felt like a birthing portal. Harmonising with sound so crystal-like in frequency, our bodies were vibrating as it echoed back into us from the walls of the cave.

Cherished moments with divine beings on all levels.

💔 ANTI-VALENTINES: A CELEBRATION OF LOVE AND EVERYTHING MESSY ABOUT IT.

Roses are red, violets are blue, escape the saccharine trappings of conventional romance with Anti-Valentine's — an event just for you.

Self-indulgence takes precedence on Karangahape Road on Thursday 15th February. From 6pm to 10pm, join in the defiant embrace of individuality against the heart-shaped grain.

Love will take a backseat to laughter during Letters to An Ex, an open mic session hosted by the fabulous Keelan McCafferty, who invites you to share unfiltered correspondence with a past or current partner. This will be followed by the crunchingly funny duo Cupido Stupdio comedy with Bernie Duncan and Matthew Crawley.

Experience the sultry burlesque of the incomparable Kiki Kisses at both Red Bar and Lovers’ Den. Kiki Kisses will bust any romantic notions with a captivating performance of self-love.

Further activities will transpire in the Lovers' Den. From the blindfolded escapades of Deliciously Unromantic Dining to the vibrant hues of Body Painting by Patsy Skeet, and free 15-minute sexologist education sessions, the den will be a sanctuary for those seeking an antithesis to the cliché.

Roaming performers will interrupt with fire and arrows. Look out for both Burnt Soul and Cupid, who will be ready to strike and capture your heart at any point.

The Broken Hearts Happy Hour at Coco’s Cantina will be duly complemented by live music from Keshia and Ruckus. Each artist will play two stunning sets outside Coco’s Cantina and Carmen Jones.

Seek refuge of a cinematic escape at Verona's Mini Movie Screening with cocktails and DJ Massmaya or leave a permanent mark by dropping into Ōtautahi Tattoo, where discounted flash tattoos will be on offer till late. Small Rave's Bows + Bread will present an artful homage to the timeless comfort of bread.

Anti-Valentines will be a night where sedition against romance meets delight. All free to attend ❤️‍🔥

Entering this new year as I would like it to continue - in a gentle flow. So far dancing, playfulness & expansiveness has been present for me during the lush @edenfestival.nz. Co facilitated a workshop for 180 people on consent & boundaries with some dear friends @evoke_eros @celticrowan. Then lead a panel discussion on ‘queer inclusivity in festival spaces’ with another bunch of awesome humans, who I can now call my dear friends, @adamtrobertson @tony.thorn and @aucklandropedojo
Home now for rainy Piha vibes and movies with my girl @scarlett.ahi after she has been away in Melbourne for 2.5 weeks. And @zarra_watea is coming to visit shortly as well 🤗 My heart is feeling pretty full. Oh and I got to hug a hedgehog. Arohanui e hoa ma - big love to you my friends.

Forever grateful for the feedback shared by my client in her heartfelt testimonial. I LOVE to helping incredible women reclaim their power ❤️

Maire took a long journey with me that included Breathwork, Yoni Mapping Therapy and my online course Pathways to Pleasure. Through this journey it became clear to her that she too is a Pleasure Activist and someone who wants to share the power and freedom that comes with total s.xual liberation!

Maire is based in New Zealand and offers Sexological Bodywork and Pleasure Coaching. From her website:

‘I support people to live a more deeply connected and pleasurable life through a range of therapeutic, educational and coaching services. All gender expressions, sexual orientations and relationship styles welcome. I identify as a neurodivergent, she/her, queer takatapui, pakeha x Māori – Ngai Tahu.’

No matter your history and life experiences, this work is always worth it. It will connect you with your true self and set you on the path of your dreams. I work gently and at the pace that is guided by you.

My latest article for The South China Morning Post is on somatic sexology. When I saw an acquaintance put up a Facebook post about her work as a somatic sexologist I was intrigued. What is it? Somatic sexology combines developing body-based awareness – somatic means “of the body” – with sexology, the study of human sexual behaviour and sexuality. It applies embodied learning – meaning you learn by doing. While sex therapists may discuss sex in theory with their clients, somatic sexologists use various techniques, including breathwork, touch, movement, sound and placement of awareness to guide and help clients understand their bodies, pleasure, arousal patterns and sexual preferences. And why would anyone want to try it? Because most people have a rather incomplete sex education; are more focused on how they are looking, and pleasuring their partners, but not necessarily experiencing pleasure in return; don’t fully understand their own desires and therefore cannot communicate them to their partners, and just to have more fun in the bedroom. There are other reasons why…but you’ll have to read my piece to find out more 🙂 Link in bio and stories. Thank you to all the experts who spoke to me and the person who shared their experience of their sessions with me.
