Spent the day creating with the beautiful humans at Pranify Yoga Studio 🧘‍♂️

A little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into building photo + video content for a yoga studio. Slowing things down, finding the right light, capturing movement, breath, connection, and all the small moments in between.

Honestly one of my favourite parts of this work is getting to help translate a feeling into visuals people can actually experience through a screen.

🌸 Kundalini Blessing Yoga 🌸

A heart-centred practice rooted in an Ancient Lineage from Bali.

KUNDALINI = Energy Flow
TANTRA = Movement
✨The Movement of Energy in the body to Allow Greater Life Force Energy to Flow

The Heart is the Seat of the Soul.
When the body softens and the breath deepens, the pathways of energy begin to open. Life force flows more freely, and we return to a natural state of coherence ~ body, mind, and spirit moving together as one.

Together we will move through a traditional devotional practice that awakens the spine, opens the energy centres, and prepares the body for deeper inner awareness.
Through breath, mantra, and mindful movement, you’ll be guided home to your body and heart in a more connected state within.
You can expect to leave feeling more energized, grounded, and peaceful.

🌸 This workshop is inspired by the Kundalini Tantra teachings of Master Ketut Arsana of Bali ~ An ancient lineage that is still alive.

💕 Our practice will include :

~ Introduction to the Kundalini Tantra lineage
~ Traditional Sun Salutation ritual
~ Heart-opening asana
~ Guided breath practices (pranayama)
Mantra
~ Heart coherence meditation
~ Rest and integration

🌺 In the spirit of Ayni (Sacred Reciprocity)
A portion of proceeds will be offered to directly support the Children in Bali.

🌿 The island of Mama Bali is an energy vortex that is also the location of the Earth’s Kundalini Energy ~ it’s formed by two ley lines which intersect and produce a great amount of energy. This center is thought to help purify the blood of the Earth and also cleanse and rejuvenate our own Body as well.

I have spent over 10 years in the practice of Kundalini Tantra Yoga, training and practicing under Master Ketut Arsana.

It is with great joy to share this ancient practice rooted in Tradition ✨🕊️🙏🏽

Here’s to tending the nervous system gently, letting grief deepen while missing baby angel Hendrix, making art always, trusting relationships that feel like home, and capturing life on expired film—soft, unpredictable, and honest.

Girlhood is its own kind of medicine 💖🪩🎶

Boogied into my 28th lap around the sun with some of my favorite women. Grateful for feet that move me, community that supports me, a heart in rhythm + the ability to feel a joy that seems to be bubbling out of me these days.
