Some personal news, I’m very excited to let you know about some music I just dropped via my new venture In Real Life. It’s a song from a brilliant New York artist, Nathan Bajar. As well as making very banging soul music Nathan is also an amazing photographer who shoots for people like the New York Times. Talented guy! You can check out his song ‘Devil Girl’ now.
The next song on In Real Life drops tmrw from the wonderful @mlbuch_ . More artists and more new music on the way soon. Thanks for listening!
And thanks to everyone who helped get me this far – I’ve tagged you to show my appreciation 📸@giazus

The last day of 2018 is here!
As I’ve already shown you what the internet says is my best nine of the year, I thought I’d show you my personal highlights from 2018.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you for the most amazing year!! Whether you’ve known about is for ages or only found out about is this year, all of you are helping me to live my dream and i can’t thank you enough for that! 🧡 .
.
.
On to my highlights:
The RAF collection, a selection of pieces that really mean a lot to me in representing some incredible people and supporting an amazing charity in the @rafbf .
Well baby blankets always feel special and I got to do the first one off a special little boy! (They have all been pink up until then!) .
New studio!! Need I say more!? .
A beautiful new look to go with my beautiful new studio, Ernest has become an important part of my studio, thank you @paintboxthreads
.
Being a part of an amazing wedding shoot with some amazing local businesses that made the cover!! Thank you @twigsandtwine_floraldesign @dhwphotography @thesilvercake @brothersandsisters2018 @cam_wedding and many more!! .
My first spring/ summer collection! .
A double page feature in @somersetlivingmagazine 😍
.
And of course working with the amazing @charlotte.in.england to create one of my favourite collections to date and getting to see both Charlotte and @charlieebarley work their country styling expertise with some of the pieces! 🧡 these are definitely a couple of my favourite photos of the year so thank you both so much, I hope you’re both enjoying your scarves! (Side note, it’s also Charlie’s birthday today so you should totally go and show her page some love!!) .
Thank you all again, let’s make 2019 even more incredible!! #newyearseve #2019goals #lookingback

Stretch it out! Road testing @p_a_t_c_h new #trx studio - soon to be renamed the @peak.london TRXzone! Great abdominal session yesterday morning meant we needed some deep stretching at the end. Try this combination of moves on the TRX:
1️⃣ overhead hip opener
2️⃣ hip flexor stretch (tuck in the tailbone before lunging into front leg and slowly twisting body)
3️⃣ back extension (rock onto heel to get deeper stretch in the hamstring)
4️⃣ deep squat shoulder stretch
5️⃣ deep squat oblique stretch #trxworkout #trxstretching #stretch #fitfam
