Yoga With Your Dog is back at Urban Mutts this October, and this one’s spooky! 🎃

Sunday 25 October, 11.30am at the Club. Downward dog, with an actual dog. Bring your mat, bring your mutt, and let them wander through every pose.

Halloween costumes encouraged. For the dogs, obviously 👻

Existing clients book on WoofBook, just hit the Events tab. Monthly members get a discount on Urban Mutts events, so book there rather than on Eventbrite.

Everyone else, grab a spot on Eventbrite via the link in bio. Spaces are limited and they go fast!

#urbanmutts #dogyoga #londondogs #hiddenlondon A yoga instructor in a green top cuddles a black pug on a pink yoga mat in front of the glowing Urban Mutts sign, dressed for Halloween with paper bats, pumpkins and cobwebs, with a giant white plush poodle either side. Text reads: Spooky Yoga With Your Dog. Sunday 25 October, 11.30am. At Urban Mutts, Westfield London. Halloween costumes encouraged. For the dogs, obviously. Link in bio to book.

A Sacred Pause

As the seasons shift and autumn invites us to slow down, we’re holding space for exactly that, an evening to breathe, ground and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin with a slow, nourishing Yin practice, softening out of the busy pace of everyday life. From there, we’ll surrender into the deeply soothing vibrations of sound healing with crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and chimes, while Reiki energy is channelled throughout, leaving you grounded, replenished and held.

To listen rather than push.
To release rather than hold.
To receive rather than give.

Pause. Release. Receive. Reconnect.

Come exactly as you are. Leave with a little more space within.

LET’S GET SCULPTED 🤍 joining @__withchloe on her The Magic Of You Retreat for a beautiful face sculpting workshop.

I guided everyone through a full face lifting massage working with lymphatic system and focused on deep muscle tension release to give the skin an amazing lift and natural sculpt.

Loved meeting every single one of you and sharing this special space together! ✨🤍

Glow flow!. Feeling strong and settled . Totally drifted off in #savasana

So grateful to be here, with space and time to think, plan and be! #Iloveyoga

Double leopard print ! Too much?

You’ll rarely see my in shorts. I’ve always had a complex about my “chubby” legs. Turns out I probably have borderline lymphoedema!

Stepping out of my comfort zone in a place of safety feels very liberating!

Looking for reformer Pilates in Essex? 🌿

As a yoga teacher and Pilates teacher in training, I’m reviewing yoga and Pilates studios across London and Essex to help you discover classes that are genuinely worth booking.

This week I tried Chloe’s Dynamic Reformer class at Yoga on the Green in Woodford, and it’s one of the few classes I’d happily get out of bed early for.

The class was challenging in all the right ways, but Chloe’s focus on breathwork meant I left feeling strong, grounded and genuinely relaxed.

The studio itself is bright, welcoming and has such a lovely community feel. They also offer a great variety of classes, from pregnancy yoga and Rocket Yoga to reformer Pilates, so there’s something for everyone, whatever stage you’re at.

Where should I review next? 👇 London & Essex recommendations welcome.
