Check out some BTS photos by the amazing @nashcophoto from the set of our 2025 Script to Screen winning film, Swoon, by @alliedmoon . From Allison:

“When I quit my PA job in 2005 due to constant sexual harassment and body-breaking shifts, I thought I’d never return to filmmaking. I didn’t see stories that reflected my lived experience, and I didn’t see a future for myself in such a toxic industry. Now, over 20 years later, I’m so grateful to Catalyst and filmmakers like you for helping shift the culture in ways you may not even realize. It’s because of you that sets are changing for the better. Every time you show up on set, you contribute to a healthier environment and better, safer storytelling. And for this, above all, I am grateful.”

Filmmaking is and always will be a collaborative art form, and if we can trust each other and make room for growth, it can truly be a magical experience.

We cannot wait to read your scripts and see what stories are waiting to be told. This is your six week reminder to write. Script to Screen 2026 deadline is May 31.

2025… another year and a significant one for me creatively. In this past year I’ve learned more about my strengths, weaknesses, and path in front of me that’s yet to be paved. I didn’t do it alone however.

Thank you to my wonderful, supportive, and loving partner @kelsiewells for everything.

Thank you to my brother @suavethejedi whom trusted me countless times with the vision for his music.

And thank you endlessly to those who showed up to create, build, celebrate, and grab coffee with me in 2025.

THE WESTSIDER ZINE IS NOW AVAILABLE!

This zine contains 5 years of captured street photography on the westside of Portland. There’s been a lot said about this area of Portland within the news over the last couple of years. My hope was to show that even in it’s drenched roughness there’s beauty to be found in downtown.

The zine contains 34 pages with high quality printing from @mixamprint . All photos by me. Edited by @kelsiewells

LINK IN MY BIO.

*This is a presale. Please allow 3-5 weeks to receive your copy.*

Thank you for your support!

A picture is a picture is a feeling. Been reading “Todd Hido on Landscape, Interiors, and Some Nudes” by the great @toddhido_ recently and channeling that into my work.

Me in my natural habitat prior to the world ending. I can’t wait to see friends again, live our lives, go out and do our part to make the world a better place. ❤️ #babushkaboi

Sharing some more film photos here! Sort of been wondering why I am separating my own work into analog and digital. Let me know if you’d like to see more film photos.
