kinda chic to non-market like this.

no scarcity. No fear.. no five-part funnels. no ai bots. done with pressure. done with performance. done with formulas.

just creating in the energy of care and softness knowing that you will FEEL that.

a slow invitation, and the trust that the right women will find their way here.

soft bodied retreat
november 13-16, nc.

i have died a thousand deaths. i am more alive than ever before.

the little one with the big visions. the starry-eyed bride. the good girl. the greige insta mom. the grieving daughter. the lover pulsating with possibility. the new mom. the emerging medicine woman. the no-f****-left-to-give-at-school-drop-off version.

they are all part of me.
As e. e. Cummings wrote
I carry your heart with me
i carry them in my heart

it’s tempting to cling to who we are. but i’m learning to trust that each version of me that is dying is making room for a truer one to arrive.

this is what the soft bodied retreat will hold. all versions of us. all of them. the ones you know. the ones you tried to forget. the ones you will meet for the first time, in ceremony.

every version of you. let me hold every version of you.

8 women (and their thousand different women). november 13-16, black mountain nc.

There is a kind of learning that only happens in the room. Unhurried morning practice, the Primary Series led the traditional Mysore way, a hand placed exactly where a posture lives in your body — and a roomful of people who love this work as much as you do.

That is the heart of our 200 Hour Ashtanga Yoga Training: a year of monthly weekends in Norman, Oklahoma, where the practice, the breath, the healing arts, and the philosophy are studied together — read from inside the lineage, with Sanskrit scholars in Mysore.

You study in a small room with Andrew himself, not an assistant and not a sales team. You do not need to be advanced — only steady, curious, and willing to practice. We meet you where you are.

The modules rotate through the year, so you can begin with any weekend, in any month. We would love to have you.

this November, let yourself melt.

3 nights, eight women. a mountain home in the Appalachians.

slow mornings, ceremonies & rituals, warm drinks, being held, being received, surrounded by trees, heart-felt conversations, cozy evenings - body soft, heart wide open.
Save your place by the fire.

Mary Olivers „Wild geese“ has been living in my heart for years.

PERMISSION

That’s the whole invitation isn’t it?

The Soft Bodied Retreat is PERMISSION to simply be, to follow the body, to open the heart wide, to rest, to play, to receive touch without expectation.

Permission to forget about time and the outside world.

no performance. No pretending. Just you and the soft animal of your body.
