Contouring & Co was built from personal experience ✨

After struggling with obesity and becoming a mum, I was trying to find my confidence again. That’s when I discovered body contouring. I fell in love with how it made me feel, not just physically, but mentally too.

The more I researched, the more I realised it wasn’t just about appearance… it had real wellness benefits.

That’s how Contouring & Co was born, to help other women feel confident, empowered, and supported in their journey too. 🤍

Taking time off from my business has been one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, but I didn’t disappear. I aligned.

I took intentional time away to grow spiritually, mentally, and personally and now I’m returning sharper, stronger, and more intentional than ever.

When you build with God first, everything else flows differently.

GB & Friends last night was a surreal moment once again, with almost 200 people coming out to run and support!
