1 Samuel 16:7 — “The Lord does not look at the things people look at… the Lord looks at the heart.” It’s not the size of the DOG in the fight, it’s the size of the FIGHT in the dog.”

I’d pick this boy every single time. He’s got more ❤️ than he knows what to do with. People are starting to notice the grind he puts in on the field, but more importantly, they’re starting to notice his character.

He’s an amazing young man—selfless, caring, and always thinking about others. But when he steps between those lines, he plays with absolute ferocity.

Keep grinding, Bo. They’re starting to notice. 🖤❤️

Meet Iyana! 🫡
Personal Trainer here at Allegiance Training Facility in Corona
@iyanahunter

“Growing up, I was always the skinny girl, even after playing volleyball for four years, and I struggled with comparison and insecurity as a teenager. As I got older, I decided to make a change and started working out, but like most beginners, I had to learn through plenty of trial and error. Once everything started to click, I realized how much fitness transformed not only my body, but my confidence and mindset too. That experience inspired me to become a personal trainer so I could help others achieve the same transformation with the guidance I wish I’d had when I started.”

Stop waiting.

Waiting until Monday.
Waiting for more motivation.
Waiting until you feel confident.
Waiting for the “perfect” time.

Here’s the truth…

None of those things will ever show up and magically change your life.

Progress starts the moment you decide you’re done waiting.

At Allegiance, we meet you where you are and help you build from there—one workout, one habit, one win at a time.

If you’ve been thinking about getting started, this is your sign.

Being tired doesn’t disqualify you.
Being sad doesn’t disqualify you.
Being stressed doesn’t disqualify you.

Progress isn’t built on perfect days.
It’s built on the days you showed up anyway.

POV: You’ve spent [X] months saying you’re gonna get a trainer.

Good news… we’ve narrowed it down to 5 incredibly difficult ways to make it happen.

📞 Call us.
💬 Text us.
📲 DM us.
🌐 Fill out our contact form.
🕊️ Or, if you’re feeling extra, send a courier pigeon.

Seriously though, all you have to say is:

“Hey. I need a trainer.”

We’ll match you with the right trainer, answer your questions, and help you get started.

Which method are you choosing?
Please don’t say pigeon….😂 or do…
whatever gets you in here and started 🫵🏼

Monday doesn’t care how motivated you feel.

It only asks one question:

Are you showing up?

New week. New work. Same mission.

See you at Allegiance. 🫡🇺🇸
