Another special milestone for LIV 13 Grappling.

It’s been seven days since we officially opened our doors—and we’ve now completed our first full week of training, topped off with a brilliant open mat.

The energy today was incredible, and the atmosphere was everything we hoped to create. We’ve welcomed so many people onto our mats this week, and we’re truly grateful for every person who has trained with us, supported us and become part of this journey.

As we enter week two, we’re excited about what we’re building—not just a team, but a family.

Hard work. Consistency. Results.

Building blocks, every single day. 🧱

Why is a REHAB routine essential for fighters?

• Restoration of Mobility & Flexibility - Grappling forces the body into extreme positions and shortens muscles. REHAB restores joint range of motion, allowing you to move fluidly and without restriction.

• Increased Local Blood Flow - Targeted manual work stimulates microcirculation, optimizing nutrient delivery and accelerating the removal of fatigue-causing metabolites.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all those who have supported and sponsored my Muay Thai journey over the past year.

Following my win in June 2025, I travelled to Thailand to further develop my skills. Unfortunately, I encountered a serious infection that required extensive treatment, including multiple surgeries.
