@abunaicon is over and I cant believe what a year its been! Abunai was my first ever convention in 2010 and to be back and being the @europacosplaycup to this stage will always be special❤️ Thank you @befoamtastic team for everything you do, without you all this woudnt be possible! I won a prize with my Belle cosplay!! 🥹🧡 I had the honor to be awarded best advanced artisan at @abunaicon ‘s cosplay competition last weekend. I still can’t believe it! This project has been so much fun to bring to life, especially since I had so much fun collaborating with friends. For my costume, my dad helped me out with electronics and a classmate let me use her cricut/lasercutter for the T-shirt print. My dear friends @clanferros @shinymochi helped me out and taught me stuff about wigstyling 🫶🏻 My friends @shinymochi @rainfell.cos and sister @mirjam.mp4 helped me out with the act! When I started playing the game last year, the idea for this performance started to form in my mind and I’m so happy I got to bring it to life with my friends 🥹 thank you all so much, I couldn’t have done it without you! This is definitely my most special and memorable competition experience yet thanks to you <3 Big thank you to the judges @rozenprince @_bansheecosplay @luciotic for your kind words about my cosplay and the feedback! I’m very grateful for your tips and pointers @_bansheecosplay and I’m excited to look into electronics and EVA foam techniques for my upcoming projects. Another huge thank you to the @abunaicon and @befoamtastic crew for the amazing competition experience 🥹 you guys made me feel so welcomed and supported and you did great organizing everything! @barbequecosplays , my partner in cringe, personal driver, pakezel, handler and above all my favorite person in the world, thank you for all your support and always being there for me, even when I’m super stressed out. The E2C at @abunaicon was amazing. The cosplays looked beautiful and the performance were amazing too! The pictures are kinda bad cause I had to film on low brightness (videos will be posted later today) so my phone wouldn’t die on me. I tried my best to tag everyone but I probably messed up somewhere (this took me way to long) so please correct me if I tagged the wrong person or didn’t tag you at all. #abunaicon #abunaicon2026

Our Third guest judge is none other than Banshee (@_bansheecosplay) from Portugal! Banshee is a 23 year old Portuguese cosplayer and designer, with over ten years of experience in the cosplay community. Her work is based on attention to detail and dark themes her biggest inspirations are dark fantasy, horror, and video games. Banshee is passionate about sharing her knowledge through panels, workshops, and community engagement in platforms like Twitch where she livestreams her craftsmanship process making tutorials. At Abunai!, she looks forward to meeting fellow cosplayers, discussing the art of cosplay, and inspiring creators of all skill levels! Banshee will be judging both the Europa Cosplay Cup (E2C) Preliminaries and the Abunai! Cosplay Competition You can also meet Banshee at her booth next to the Foamtastic Booth.
