This was more than a workout!
Today, over 20 men showed up, not just to sweat, but to Set the Standard.

This is about accountability, brotherhood, and pushing each other to grow, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. After we finished putting in the work, we huddled up and talked about something deeper:

Who’s spotting you in life?
And who are you spotting?

A true spotter isn’t just there to take the weight when it gets too heavy. A true spotter pushes you to get that extra rep, speaks life when you’re drained, and stands next to you not just on the platform but in life’s darkest alleys.

At The Standard, it’s just that, a standard. To be there for each other. To show up. To walk through the fire together.

Yesterday was the most magical day celebrating our beautiful baby girl. My sister is the most creative and talented person I’ve ever met. She created an enchanting Wonderland for Priscilla. I’m forever grateful for my sister and my mom for making dreams come true. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate Priscilla. She is so loved! I appreciate you all🫶🏻

Every Year, We Need This More 🤍✝️

Divorce proofing our marriage @therocksandiego Marriage Getaway in the 109 degree desert (it’s bound to get fiery). 10 years together, almost 9 years married and our 4th time here. We’d be lying if we said everything is picture perfect and the “D-word” has never been said, but that is just proof that this is a necessity!

The marriage getaway has become one of the most life-giving traditions for us. Every year, we find ourselves needing it more and more—not just for the time away from the busyness of life, but for the intentional time to reconnect, refocus, recommit and remember God’s design for our marriage.

Being with friend couples who are not only walking the same road but also pursuing the same goal of a God-honoring marriage—is a gift. These are the people we can laugh with, pray with, share struggles with, and celebrate victories with. When it’s so easy to throw in the towel, these are the ones encouraging each other to pray it out and work it out!

Grateful for this time. Grateful for these people. Grateful for a God who designed marriage to not be perfect, but a beautiful journey✨.

Celebrating a Brother in Christ on His Journey!

Today, Rick and I had the honor of celebrating Barry’s 45th birthday over lunch. In a world where many men start coasting at this stage in life, Barry is doing the opposite—he’s leaning in, chasing after God’s heart, and hungering for more of what God has in store.

This is what ManUp3 is all about—rejecting passivity, pursuing growth, and leading with faith. Barry is a true example of a man who refuses to settle, and it’s inspiring to walk alongside him on this journey.

Here’s to another year of faith, strength, and stepping boldly into God’s purpose. Let’s keep pushing forward, staying humble and hungry!

What a fun Thursday night with these amazing people! @barryptrsn @aley__cat — Great time, great memories, and an incredible Kane Brown concert! Nights like these remind us how valuable friendship and fellowship are.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” True friends lift you up, celebrate with you, and make life’s best moments even better.
