2nd in the World!!!!! LFG.

An insane finish to the season @ultimateathleticschampionship

We went in predicted 6th. But as GB we always fight for each other and outperform.

My hip started playing up in warm up and for a minute I wasn’t sure I’d make the start line. So to Martin my osteo, you are a legend for getting me there @vertex__one

Thank you to my coach @davidsadkin for putting in the work with me all this year, you made me good enough to be here.

And to the other three of our Strike 4, I will never not be in awe of you and I am honoured to be able to call you my teammates
@_benjefferies @yemi_mary @henrich.charlotte

To our sniper @jerry_sun who captured these shots, you allow me to focus on my running at these big events. Thank you

And lastly to everyone following along 🫵🏼 No sponsor means the socials genuinely fund a chunk of this season. Your support isn’t just nice to have, it’s part of what keeps me on the track.

So cheers to you 🫡

2026 really was the year of the relays.

And we end the weekend with the truest definition of an Ultimate Champion.

This one moment in time, and a lifetime of world class performance. Thank you Dalilah for showing us all the true power of women in sport.

All the best Budapest! The Ultimate British champion Josh Kerr bagged 150,000 dollars and the Ultimate trophy to add to his Commonwealth Gold and Mile World Record from earlier in the summer. A bumper champs for British Athletics in terms of places too - we hear from the mixed 4x400m runners up Ben Jefferies Yemi Mary John Toby Harries & Charlotte Henrich - as well as Jake Wightman and Hannah Nuttall who’s also off to another new World Athletics event - the World Road Running Champs!
