Be the change you want to see. ⚡️💙

I had this idea on my heart to bring together the team that helped me get through some of the toughest times in my life growing up… and 4 days ago, that idea became REAL. 🥹

It’s truly amazing to witness the fruits of God’s divine plan for our lives. When He gives you a vision and you have the courage to put that vision into action, you can accomplish things you once never imagined possible. 🙏🏽✨

My heart is so full and grateful. 🥹 To be able to share the court again with the ladies who were such a huge part of my journey — in the same gym that made us — was a full-circle moment I’ll never forget.

Love you ladies, and I hope this was just the beginning. Until next time! 😎⚡️💙💛

Once a Charger, always a Charger. ⚡️

4 weeks postpartum and somehow I ended up back on the volleyball court. 🏐🥹💙

Getting the chance to play alongside fellow alumni AND the current students was such a full-circle moment. Volleyball was such a big part of my high school years, so being back in the gym, competing, laughing, and realizing I still got a little something left 😂 felt SO good.

Even more special was being able to give back and donate to the current SPHS volleyball program. 🫶🏽 I hope these girls continue making memories, building friendships, and loving this game as much as we did.

My body may be 4 weeks postpartum 😅 but my competitive spirit clearly never left. I had WAY too much fun and I’m already ready to play again! 😂🏐 thank you again @afaithbasedjourney @fromyouth2recvolleyball for putting this all together !

Once a Charger, always a Charger. 💙🐯

More than just celebrations. ✨⬆️

These moments are what Elevate On 3 is all about — creating a space where athletes can compete freely, support loudly, and grow together.

Our mission has always been to elevate the game, one point at a time & one player at a time. To provide players with a level of support that fosters women elevating each to be their bests! And this season has shown that when you build a community that chooses to elevate together, they will come! And no louder testament than these smiles on this level of talent!

One more mission left. 🌴 See you in Orlando!

ALL THE REPS because Orlando isn’t the goal — it’s the stage.

No filters, no fluff — just reps, grit, and getting sharper every touch. This is where the work shows up before the lights do.

Special thanks to @lunarnyc for providing a prime location in the city 🌆 for us to get some quality reps as a squad!
