Počas KAP-u ležíš na jogamatke, zatiaľ čo v pozadí znie energická hudba. Facilitátor ti jemne prechádza rukami nad rôznymi časťami tela (smeruje energiu na určité čakry, body meridiánov) alebo sa ťa jemne dotkne. Tento proces môže vyvolať rozmanité fyzické (jógové asány, chvenie, pohyby tela, strečing, mudry), emocionálne (strach, smiech, radosť, hnev, smútok) a duchovné/vizuálne zážitky (svetlo, obrazy, vízie, astrálne cestovanie). Môžeš cítiť energiu, ktorá prúdi tvojím telom.
Počas celého procesu si plne vedomý a máš kontrolu nad svojím telom.
KAP sa zameriava na zhmotnenie duchovnej sily a transformácie, ktoré prináša do tvojho vedomia, dôležité nie je to, co sa deje počas sedenia, ale zmeny, ktoré nastanú v tvojom živote po týchto sedeniach. 💫❤️ @academykap

MAYBE IT’S A POEM
When you see life as a poem, that is none other than the true meaning of being present, and

if we see everything from the perspective of poetry, perhaps this could be the language of the heart,

for when I write and harmony is felt in what seemingly lacks it, isn’t that how

LOVE communicates? Uniting opposites, opening to the unknown.

Yes, what if perhaps everything is a poem? 11

Each heartbeat a verse, each contraction a balm of love, each expansion an unalterable

wave that runs through all of existence, and yes, perhaps the language of LOVE is poetry.

MAYBE IS A POEMI
Cuando ves la vida como un poema, no es sino eso el verdadero significado de estar presente, y

si todo lo vemos desde la perspectiva de la poesía, quizas pueda ser este el lenguaje del corazon,

pues cuando escribo y se siente armonía en lo que aparentemente no lo tiene, ¿ No es asi como

el AMOR se comunica? Uniendo opuestos, abriendose a lo desconocido.

Su guia... La FE... 1

Si, y si quizas todo es un poema?

Cada latido un verso, cada contracción un bálsamo de amor, cada expansión una inalterable

honda que recorre toda la existencia, y si, quizas el leguaje del AMOR es poesía.
