——• 🔱🔔🔥💣Okay, vibrant beings—IMPORTANT UPDATE!

You may have heard…😅🙈💡

I am incredibly excited to be launching the second EVER cohort of my life’s greatest project—my signature 6-week human potential course: Deeper Living OS!!! 💻 and, well….

Enrollment is open for 2️⃣ more days. (!!) And there are still a few spaces left…! 🙉🙉🤩🥹

⚡️It’s first-come, first-serve— so if you’re curious, comment “DEEPER” for more info!

The world today is changing and if you’re like me, you can feel it in your life & relationships…

The meaning crisis, mental health epidemic and “Global intimacy disorder” shows us that the sacred is ready to be born in our world…

But how? Where? What even is “sacred”?!?🤪🤪.

Yeah... IKR!

Deeper Living OS is the place to start answering this question for yourself. ✨🌐🫀

This exactly why I poured my mind, heart, spirit, &graduate studies in Existential Humanistic Psychology into designing this visionary transdisciplinary curriculum & one of a kind 6-week sacred adventure.

🔱If you know one of these last spots in this raw transformational container is for you, comment/message me “DEEPER”, and I will DM you with exciting next steps!

➡️because this is the second ever cohort, if will be an intimate group of amazing humans I’ve chosen to come on the deeper livjng journey with us, and the lowest price it will ever be.

You’ll get more of my energy, attention & the raw intimacy of beginnings that only ever happen once! 🥲🐒✨

The course has 2 key pillars: human potential education & community.
And there are 2 live group calls with me every week:

➡️Psycho-spiritual seminar: Where I teach about the deeper living philosophy for self-actualization (with above average enthusiasm). IKYK 😉
➡️ “Fireside” integration circle: to go deeper together about how the teachings from that week are landing in your life!

🦋If you wanna get in on the beginning of something really beautiful—comment/DM “DEEPER” and I’ll msg you next steps! 🤩🩶😌

📆🌐✨We begin this Saturday, September 26th, 2026.

P.s. I’m so grateful to do this transformational work and beyond excited to get to share it with you!

”THE MOST POWERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ME WAS THE ASSURANCE THAT I NOW HAVE 55 WOMEN HOLDING ME UP SO I CAN SHINE MY LIGHT TO THE WORLD.

I SHALL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE MAGIC SPARKS AS I WITNESSED ALL THE WOMEN IN THAT ROOM EXPERIENCE THEIR FAITH EVER SO NATURALLY.

AND HOW WE HELD SPACE FOR EACH OTHER TO BE, TO REMEMBER, AND TO FORGE FORWARD”.

☀︎ ✧ !!!! FIRST SOULRISE !!!! ☀︎ ✧

Maybe this video is too long for instagram maybe I dont care HAHAHHA because something that im realising again&again is the more you speak from your heart & share yourself the more you attract the people that resonate.
This weekend showed me as exactly that.

What started as an idea, a possibility, a curiosity: what if I hosted fundraisers in my backyard? Gathered people for music, movement & meaning. What if we could raise money for charity by doing what I know we love most?

I had to do so much more than pinch myself to really believe it came to life. Caught myself in so many moments of pure witness and pure awe.

This is the power of community.
This is the power of collective intention.
This is the power of dance.
This is the power of JOY.

Together, we raised $1604.66 for @doctorswithoutborders
That money directly supports frontline medical practitioners who are on the ground all around the world providing urgent medical care and nursing both the physical & mental health of communities affected by crisis.

☀︎ ✧

We were dropped into the land and our bodies by the incredible @cadiabelante

We heard incredible poetry from @wordcraft.writers , @jabba.art & @_carmenthea_ spontaneously shared her FIRST SONG with the crowd. How incredible to receive your art.

We had a wicked ecstatic dance set from the wizard himself @ryanswizardry 🧙‍♂️

And then we celebrated with a RAFFLE! Where people won art, quilts, books, wine, even tomatoes …

I’m so so so grateful. To my village that helped me put this together, that supported me emotionally & physically, that backed my vision and helped me make it HAPPEN. thank you. from the bottom of my heart. I couldn’t and definitely didn’t do this alone. 🤍

We are so powerful when we are united.
This is how we create change.
Let this inspire you to create whatever the fuck you want. Everything is possible. The mountain is you.

The next Soulrise will be on the 26th April.

I can’t wait to host you ❤️‍🔥
We are just getting started

Bo-Katan Kryze goes to a dressup party!

I want to thank @ayyzee.lens for inviting me to his birthday party, I had one of the best nights of my life!!! When I heard it was a dress-up party I couldn’t have been more excited! There’s nothing I love more than seeing people dressed up!

The entire night was a trip! From the Uber Driver playing Star Wars music on the way to the party, to running into a Deadpool who had a Hello Kitty Backpack! Earlier in the night I asked someone to duel me, and a guy dressed in a suit accepted. We had a sick duel and I accidentally managed to peck him in the eye, so I consider me winning the duel. 30 minutes later I ran into the same dude and he was telling me that he was dressed as JOHN WICK. I HAD A HIGH TABLE DUEL WITH JOHN WICK AND I WON!!!! Mandalorians > High Table Assassins.

I got so many sick photos with people, I love it when people match my energy and try make sure we get the sickest photo possible. There was even a live band playing with an open mic, so anyone could get up on stage and sing. At one point when the Mic was free I grabbed it, said ‘This is the way’ and walked off.

Thank you to everyone for feeling safe around me even though I was literally running around the party waving a gun and laser sword around while dressed as an ex-Mandalorian terrorist.

The music at the party was great, but the raver in me wanted something more hectic so I asked the DJ if he had ‘any hectic music’ and he said he didn’t. I was crushed but then I was like ‘Flashing Lights by Kanye West?’, he was like ‘Yeah I got it!’. Having a solo boogie to Flashing Lights while dressed as Bo-Katan and waving a DARKSABER around felt as gangster as it sounds. Thanks universe!

Another great moment was when I was talking to a friend of mine and he just all of a sudden pulls out a Michael Myers mask and it made me crack up so much, I finally know how it feels when I put on one of my helmets. I’ve never seen a photo of Bo-Katan and Michael Myers together before, which is why I love dressup parties so much.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR THE GREAT NIGHT, I’LL NEVER FORGET IT!!!

THIS IS THE WAY
