We want you getting MORE out of every workout at Lionheart!🦁

Showing up and working hard is only part of the equation. What you do outside the gym matters just as much as what you do inside - fueling your body, prioritizing recovery, understanding your training, and learning how to lift with intention.

At Lionheart, our goal has never been to just make you sweat or leave you exhausted.

We want you getting STRONGER. Moving BETTER. And building results that LAST.

That’s why our coaches are here to do more than lead a class. They’re here to teach, guide, challenge, and help you understand the WHY behind your training.

👉 Swipe through for 5 ways to get more out of your training with our new Strength programming.

Train hard. Train smart. Trust the process.💪🔥

What a weekend at the Murrieta Rod Run!🏎️🏁

We had the best time bringing Lionheart Coffee out to Historic Downtown Murrieta, serving up our favorite drinks, and supporting an incredible event benefiting the Oak Grove Foundation! 🦁

We saw some familiar faces and met so many new ones!
And Lionheart members who came out just to grab a coffee, say hi, and support us, you have no idea how much that means! 🥹🖤 You guys are truly the heart of everything we do.

Where should we pop up next?! 👀☕️

We talk a lot about showing up, pushing ourselves, lifting heavier, and getting stronger. But what about what happens AFTER the workout?

Recovery deserves just as much attention as training. 👏

At Lionheart Wellness, our infrared saunas are one of our favorite ways to slow down, reset, and give our bodies a little extra TLC.

🔥 Unwind and decompress after a tough workout
💪 Support your post-workout recovery routine
❤️ Encourage circulation and relaxation
🧘‍♀️ Give yourself 30 minutes to disconnect and recharge

And here’s the thing… you don’t need to wait until you’re sore or exhausted to prioritize recovery.

Make it part of your routine.

Spin → Sauna.
Strength → Sauna.
Sculpt → Sauna.

You show up for your workouts. Start showing up for your recovery, too.

📍 Lionheart Wellness | Temecula
💚 Open to members AND non-members!
