Hey!! Hope you’re all having a lovely Saturday! Im resharing this on behalf of @_chrisbostock (my husband) he’s running an 8 week body recomposition challenge! If this isn’t your kind of thing that’s no problem but if you know anyone who would be interested please share it with them! He’s doing it to support your health and wellbeing and you’d be supporting a local business! Much appreciated 🫶🏽🤍

8 week body recomposition challenge - this isn’t about who can lose the most amount of weight it’s about changing your visuals, appearance and losing fat. Best transformation wins £250. It’s £47 to enter but will go up to £97 soon. I show you how to set up your nutrition eating the foods you like, you have 3 different full body programmes to choose from; 2 gym programmes one that includes barbells and one that doesn’t to suit your confidence level and a home programme. You’ll get amazing results no matter which you choose. Programmes are delivered through a sleek app so you don’t have to mess around with PDFs or spreadsheets, I do weekly check ins, Q&A and group chats to keep everyone accountable, informed and pushing forward.

✨ Monday Motivation ✨

3 years difference, 47lbs loss, training 5x weekly since January, working 30+ hour weeks, completing an apprenticeship and raising a very feral 3 year old boy…

If I can do it.. you can too! 💪🏽🤍
