Still soaking everything in from this weekend. I had the privilege of meeting @hunter_crine in person to learn more of the business side of coaching. Meet dope coaches, people who have inspired me. I needed this weekend, not just for more knowledge, but to be surrounded by people who are passionate about helping others and not scared to bet on themselves. Lifting with other coaches is pretty legit, especially strong women! Thank you @kineticimpact for sharing your incredible space. Thank you @_coach_em for coaching me up on squats and making be realistic for that day. Invest in yourself. Lift heavy things.

Taught 10 hours straight on Saturday and somehow walked out with more energy than I started with. That’s what purpose feels like. 🙏 To everyone who was in that room: thank you for bringing your energy, effort, and attitude, and for giving up your weekend to invest in yourselves and each other. We’re all better because you were there. This industry has been a hell of a journey for me, and sharing what I’ve learned to help other coaches hit their goals means everything. My job isn’t to just talk about training and business theory. It’s to provide real systems you can use on Monday, push you to new levels of understanding, and help you stay ahead in an ever-changing fitness and rehab industry. Day 1 was the coaching side: an interview, assessment, and programming system that saves you time, raises the quality of your coaching, and gets your clients better results. It’s also the foundation you build your offers on, in person and online. Day 2 was the business side. We spent the entire day in breakout rooms breaking down everyone’s current revenue streams, what they actually earn per hour, and what their skill set is really built on. Then everyone had to create a brand-new offer: price it, build it, decide how it’s delivered, and pitch it to the whole group. Watching this crew stand up and pitch something that didn’t exist that morning was the highlight of my weekend. Proud of every one of you. That’s exactly what happens at Camp Savage. Four days in Tulum building the skills to stay ahead in an ever-changing industry, and you’ll leave with:
→ Your offer built: what it is, who it’s for, and what to charge
→ A plan to fill it from the clients and network you already have
→ A delivery model that grows your income without adding hours to your week
→ A room full of coaches holding you to it If you’ve been wanting to work with me in person, that’s the next room. April 15–18 🇲🇽 Link in bio. You might even meet a few of these San Diego coaches in Tulum. Thank you again to everyone who was there, and to @kineticimpact for an incredible space all weekend. The energy was off the charts. One of my favorite events I’ve ever run. ❤️

Some plays from Monday night’s game. Making the most of every opportunity. Step on the field. Make an impact. Keep growing. Grateful for my teammates who push me and the coaches who continue to teach and believe in me. 🙏 Still a lot to learn, still a lot of work ahead — just getting started. #sphs #flagfootball #sanpasqualhighschool #everyonewatcheswomenssports

Speed. Strength. Recovery. A center back’s job is to defend space, win battles, and handle contact without slowing down. Today’s match included all three. Top speed recorded: 18.34 mph @playermaker Chasing 20 mph by age 15. #everyonewatcheswomenssports #sphs #soccer #surfnation #trusttheprocess

Want to move with others, but still keep things personal? Our group fitness classes combine the structure of personal training with the motivation of community. We offer small group sessions (8 people or less) that focus on strength, movement quality, and sustainable results. These aren’t your typical high-intensity classes — our approach emphasizes safety, progress, and programming tailored to your goals. Whether you’re exploring new types of exercise classes or returning to a regular routine, our small groups meet you where you are. #fitness #health
