This is what happens when a community decides to show up for itself. 🫶🏼

Our class on base had the biggest turnout yet today — and I just want to take a moment to celebrate THEM. The military spouses who carved out time in their day. The people on base who said yes to moving their bodies and trying something new. The ones who showed up even when it would’ve been easier not to.

Being a military spouse comes with so much — new places, new routines, constantly rebuilding your community from scratch. And watching this group come together over movement and music and a little bit of dance fitness chaos honestly means everything.

These resources exist for you. This class exists for you. And the fact that you’re taking advantage of it — that’s everything.

This community is just getting started. 🫶🏼✨

We asked our beauty @kee_connects what makes her rare and unique?
Her answer was: I always wear a smile and see the light no matter what ❤️ I know it doesn't seem "rare" but the way today's world is set up 🤣🤣☺️

Thanks for the tag @plusmodelangelb ❤️😘
Fix each other's crowns ladies...don't knock them off 😘 I left some strong beautiful women out but ,Just know I see ya and I'm rooting for you.😘 #girlpower If I tagged you, don't disappoint me. If I didn't tag you, please, no offense. I tried to choose people I thought would make this challenge fun!! Too often, women find it easier to criticize each other instead of building each other up. With all the negativity out there, let's do something positive! 🌟 Upload 1 Picture of yourself... just you!!!! Then tag so many beautiful women to do the same. (IG only allows 20) we will build ourselves, instead of tearing us apart. 💋💜💋💜 Repost...
If I tagged you, don't disappoint me 😁😁
