HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Remember to let the people you love know it today, whether you are spending time with them in person or just flicking them a quick message to let them know you are thinking of them.

No matter which holiday you are celebrating today, deep down it's all about connecting.

Don't take any hiccoughs too seriously and let your soul rest and recover as we head into a new year with new possibilities and the ability to make sh*t happen!

WHO IS IN YOUR ORBIT?

I was sitting down with my nephew the other week (he is so adorable guys omg) and we were looking at his homework.

And it was using the solar system to explain influence.

So whoever was Mercury has the most influence on that area of your life.

Now for kids this was simple things like their food choices and activity levels. Something that they probably need a little help with because fish fingers probably shouldn't be eaten at every meal.

However as we become an adult the influence of the people around us becomes much more hidden.

You might have people who look like they are cheering you on but whenever it really comes down to expressing how you feel about your goals they start to seed doubt.

Or there might be people who say they will help you climb the mountain but then push you down when you reach up for help.

As adults it can be really hard to see who if in our orbit of influence.

So right now I want you to think of the 5 people you spend the most time with.

Do these people reflect your goals and aspiration? Are they fighting for the same dreams and desires you are?

Do they push you to be a better person?

Or do they persuade you to give up?

Do they feed the negative voices in your head?

Do they make you spend when you are trying to save to afford the mentoring you need to get your business off the ground?

It might be hard to do, but it's a good practice to audit who you spend the most time with and if their impact in your life is a positive or negative one.

The great thing as an adult is you get to choose who these 5 people are.

You can choose not to be around negativity and replace them with a positive influence. Someone who makes you smile and helps you build towards your dreams.

If you need help identifying who these people might be drop the word "SUN" in my DMs and we can audit together.
