From sneaking Mike’s Hard Lemonade in the garage to laying on trampolines watching stars! 😅
We’ve been family since the sandbox!💛
You’ve always guided me through so much, and I’ll forever love you for that.

Now it’s your turn to step into motherhood and I already know you’re going to be the BEST Mama! Can’t wait to meet Little Miss B 💖 And thank you for having a girl… shopping has already been way too much fun! 🎀✨

This Freed Body episode dives into all of the ways our minds & bodies can become out of balance and how pain & illness generally alerts us to these imbalances.

My expert guests discuss everything from chakras and how to release trauma from our bodies, to perimenopause and how our shifting hormones impact us all, regardless of gender.
