Home at home.

L's upon L's so we take the W's where we can find them.

Self-reflection is a curious experience. We are often our own biggest critics, and rarely our own biggest supporters.

Some of us have learned to watch ourselves as closely as those that have watched us grow, with a heavy gaze. Some of us were fortunate to have been watched by a kind one, a gaze we adopted upon ourselves as we encouraged ourselves to keep trying, that is okay to stop yet we must carry forward.

Self-reflection requires a kind and patient eye, one that is honest and compassionate. It is a requisite for self-mastery, and above all else it is an honest conversation with yourself.
