We're officially on Fresha folks ⚡️ Just wanted to clarify that any bookings you had on the old app have been moved across for you. So that's easy peasy lemon squeezey (still heaps of lemons available in the shop btw 🍋). Also when booking on Fresha it will ask for a card to have on file. This is simply there for in case people no show or cancel last minute. No deposit is taken or payment made during the booking process. Gravy? Any other questions don't be afraid to holler. We're looking forward to riding out the last few months of 2026 with you all like a fleet of silky dachshunds flying towards a finish line, decorated with tasty wursts, desserts and sunshine. What a ride 🌞❤️⚡️

Looks like we made it.." This week sees our little dungeon of hair and debauchery turn 1, and what a year it has been. I promised myself I wouldn't get emotional but here I am, standing in line for my $1 hotdog at IKEA crying, wondering if I have the mental fortitude to interpret the instructions for the "Skruvby" cabinet i have in my trolley. I just wanted to setup a barbershop that was based on community. Not a brand, not insta views, not pretension, not an inflated pricing schedule, not ego. Just a barbershop dishing out elite grooming and diabolical conversations in a space that welcomes and encourages comfort. Where everybody knows your name and you're always glad you came. Where as a client you feel like a friend and feel spoilt and taken care of. All signs are telling me that thus far I have succeeded. I have no hesitation to say I genuinely love the assortment of folks who come down that stairwell and sit in our 60 year old Raynor chairs. I wouldn't do this job if I didn't, and I wouldn't have rolled the dice on opening a shop a month after becoming a dad if I didn't need a change to a business model that rewards returning clients and nurtures a horizontal relationship structure. Yet again, not ego, just mutual respect. The fun little conversations, @rcjefferies ridiculous amount of keys, @fun.key.town and his holy rat's tail that no one thought would be around this long, @krisrodda and his Whisky tutelage that continues to hit the mark, @jackpayn._ and his christening of the shop early one Tuesday morning. Countless memories, quirks, convos and laughs that make me more than proud of what this space is doing and how it is operating. On Saturday the 22nd we'll raise a few frothys to the 12 months that has been and cast an eye forward to what is yet to come. It has easily been the greatest and most tiring year of my life and my gratitude knows no bounds. Thank you infinitely to those who made this all happen, particularly @laurenbrento who's unwavering belief carries me and all who've come down and enjoyed all that TCB Barbershop is. I love this place and I love you. Let's keep taking care of business together. Much love, Tim⚡️

MEAT THE TEAM Time for everyone's favourite Roadhouse fan Benny. He's never afraid to discuss his theories on extra terrestrial life, Japanese history or obscenely low guitar tunings. He has lots of ghost stories, please don't get him started on them. He tattoos 3 days a week, cuts hair 2 and spends the rest of the time convincing people he played in bands and has black belts. He is yet to prove either to us.

DAPCAM 3: The Final Dappening⚡️ What a ride it's been. Thank you to everyone who has gone palm to palm with us over the last few weeks. We've clapped, slapped and holy crap we've dapped. Fun has been had. Now we'll give the team upstairs at @surething_tattoo a break from hearing our endless noises. For now at least 🤝⚡️

TCB Barbershop Adelaide: Making the world a better place one haircut at a time. ⚡️ If you're tired of silent or pretentious barbers who seem more preoccupied with their mates' snapchats coming through or just can't wait to get you out of the chair so they can get back to hitting their vape, boy are we the spot for you. ⚡️ TCB Barbershop is the place we come together to play some arcade games, share a laugh, crack a beer and talk some crap. Oh and we give a mean haircut and beard trim too. ⚡️ More than a barbershop, we're a family, and I'm your dad, and your mother said you need to get a haircut. So book now, link in bio

The last few days as captured by DAPCAM®️ We don't always perfectly connect, but we persist until the foundations of 223 Flinders St shake. Thanks to those of you who've played along this week 🙏 Should we keep using DAPCAM®️

Boy don't we have some fun while getting it done?! Had been a minute since we'd posted a reel so here's some recent smiles and good times at everyone's favourite basement of frivolities. We cut hair, we overshare and we dare to care. In a world full of barbers that don't really give a shit we're out here spreading the love. Endless thanks to everyone who walks down those steps and into TCB and our hearts. We hope the year has started well for y'all and can't wait to make some memories with you. Big love ❤️ TCB⚡️

Local traffic is still fine down this end of Flinders st and there should be plenty of parking available 🤞 Plus make sure you get your Xmas bookings in asap, they fill out fast. ..and fibre is important. See a doctor if you're having a tough time on the toilet 🚻 👍

Well we've been here for 3 months now and still no ones called the cops about Ben's behaviour. We welcomed @earthy.cats.barber to the squad this week and things are looking dandy. The old fat man in red will be coming down chimneys soon so make sure you book your Xmas cuts asap. You keep the dream alive and we'll take care of the business for ya 🤝⚡️ . . . . . #menshair #barber #adelaidebarber #fade #beard

Week 5 at TCB is in the books ✔️ You miss 100% of the shots you don't take so I'm glad I took a shot at opening a barbershop that prioritised fun times as much as good haircuts. Business is taken care of for another week and we took it higher than Creed 🙏 See you next week ⚡️ . . #menshair #barber #adelaidebarber #adelaide #australia #mullet #midfade #modcut #curlyhair #menscurls
