Postpartum meal prep! All the recipes are below.👇

Postpartum Protein Energy Bites

Ingredients:
• 1 cup nut butter (cashew is mild, but peanut or almond work too – or use sunflower butter for nut-free)
• 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
• 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder
• 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1 cup rolled oats

Directions:
Mix everything together, roll into bite-sized balls, and store in the fridge or freezer.

Tuscan Chicken Freezer Meal

Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 cup carrots
• 1 cup potatoes
• 1/2 onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 2 cups broth
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt + pepper to taste

Cook:
Cook on low for 6–7 hours
With the broth

Add after cooking:
• 1 cup cream
• Spinach
• 1/2 cup parmesan

Taco Chicken Freezer Meal

Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1 cup corn
• 1 cup black beans
• 1 cup salsa
• 1/2 onion
• Taco seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic

Cook:
Cook on low for 4–6 hours, then shred chicken and mix.

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients:
• 2–3 lb chuck roast
• 4–5 carrots, chopped
• 3–4 potatoes, chopped
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 cups beef broth
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt + pepper

Cook:
Cook on low for 8–9 hours or high for 4–5 hours until tender and falling apart.

Classic Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef or lamb
• 1 cup frozen peas & carrots
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt + pepper
• 3–4 cups mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
Cook meat, onion, and garlic until browned. Stir in tomato paste, broth, seasoning, and veggies. Simmer until thickened.
Spread into a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes (and cheese if using).

Bake:
375°F for 25–30 mins until golden. (When you take out of freezer)
