Some scrap yarn will be provided, but this is the perfect excuse to dig deep into your stash for the beautiful bits, bobs, and half-skeins of yarn that you’ve been holding onto “just in case!”

Wait, take me back to Ireland 🥹🍀🐑🧶🧚✨

Tbh, I was super nervous leading up to this trip. @yarn_over_everything and I had been planning on co-hosting this group knitting retreat to Ireland with a total of 16 strangers, and I had no idea what to expect. While this experience sounded absolutely amazing, being an introvert, I was scared of throwing myself out of my comfort zone

But omg, I’m so glad I did 🥲

Not only did I get to travel around a magical country, I got to do so with such beautiful, talented, kind, and funny people who geek out over yarn and sheep as much as I do 🥰

From having our minds blown during a yarn mill tour (for a mill that was established in the 1700s 🤯) to cackling while giving a pony butt pats, yelling “SHEEP” on the bus when we saw them out the window, and all the million little magic moments of connection — I’ll legit never get over how special this trip was to me.

And how cool that some of us got sheep tattoos from @brotherhooddublin to commemorate?!

Thank you to all my friends who joined me on this adventure. I think a reunion is definitely in the books 💗

Looooved knitting this @_doinglaundry cardigan commission for Thomas in beautiful Andean highland wool. Engineering this thing from a crew neck pullover pattern was a challenge but I screamed when he put it on cuz it’s perfect. It looks different on me cuz I’m not a 6’2 gentleman but I had to try it on for that last shot 🤭

Seeing this body of work in one place is craaazy 🫣🫨 When I started @_doinglaundry in October, I didn’t know if people would vibe with the weird ideas in my brain but I’m so grateful it’s been fun for y’all too.

Everything from my first collection is complete and I’ve been working on my spring collection—can’t wait to share it with you in the coming months. It’s textural, it’s loud, and there’s something for everyone’s vibe 💘
