Went bold with this one😁 High-contrast red & black, and chess pieces as the visual metaphor for strategy and leadership. 😎 Typography does the heavy lifting up top, gold accents tie it back to the "king" piece for hierarchy. What your hot take on these designs??😏 #leadership #growth #leadershipexposure

On the 13th of june 2026, we made history together in the city of Benin. I had the privilege of hosting my first leadership conference at the Festus Iyayi Hall, University of Benin, Edo State. It all started with a burden I had during my university days. After being given the privilege to serve in various capicities on campus, ranging from being a departmental executive as the director of welfare of NAMES(National Association of Marine, Mechatronics, Mechanical and Mettalurgy Engineering students) in my 200 level to serving in my fellowship (CASOR) from my 300 level to 500 level as the Chief Pilot, Vice President 1, and the final year Chairman. I got to notice that a lot of people had a wrong misconception about what leadership truly meant, and I believe this would have been a result of the wrong narrative we get to see from some sets of persons that have held leadership position around us. And that this has made a lot of young people lose interest in developing their leadership skill. And that birthed the vision for this conference. The Leadership Exposure Conference '26. Having a vision and executing it didn't just come all rosy. As preparation for the conference was going on, and just 2 weeks to the conference, I received my call-up number that I would be going for NYSC camp orientation by june 10th, which was 3 days to the conference. It was another tough call to be made, I tried to seek alternatives as to ensuring I was present for the conference I was hosting. It was during the cause of thinking of what to do. I had a conversation with a friend @theamazing_treasure who reminded me of the vision of the conference that it was meant to impact the life of the attendees and whether or not I was there, this could still be acheived. A really big thanks to my director of programs @the_breaka, who ensured everything went as planned. And also to my amazing speakers who delivered excellently well. This wouldn't have been possible without my team leads buying into this vision. You guys are the best. @timothyaifuwa, thank you for taking my session. #Leadership #explore #growthmindset
