"I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the truly immersive and inspiring experience I had at the Riyadh Art Week. I was so impressed by the diverse range and high quality of the artwork on display. The event was also incredibly well-organized, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Meeting so many talented artists and engaging art collectors was a highlight for me. Thank you to the organizers and everyone who contributed to making this art week such a memorable and enriching event. I look forward to seeing what future art weeks in Riyadh will bring".

Out now on @032c , had the pleasure of speaking with longtime friend and fellow film maker @jard_lere about my new film ‘Black Internet’ (you can watch from the article), and also just talked about my practice and being black online in general, talked some sh*t, walked some sh*t, we came, we saw, and we brought the memes

One for the books, link in bio

Special thanks @claireoua and @032c.gallery

Anatomie Fleur and Diptyque presented « Whispers of Eden » as a collateral event during Berlin Art Week at the historic Café Kranzler. This experience reimagined classical gardens through a contemporary lens, inspired by Derek Jarman’s reflection: “The boundaries of my garden are the horizon.” The installation merged surrealism with nature, creating a space where reality and imagination converged, and featured five floral sculptures based on Les Essences de #diptyque

Installation shot by Joseph Kadow. @josephkadow

Our sincere gratitude to the team at Diptyque: Kathrin & Cécile, from Nok Akt: Henok Tsehaye & Nina Reese, Kranzler X, Georgie Pope, Graef Production, and the Anatomie Fleur team for their invaluable contributions.

As part of our sustainability efforts, the grass was repurposed following the exhibition.

We express thanks and appreciation to a lot of talented and engaging people who contributed to the exhibition SÉANCE, which is now dismantled.

A huge thanks to Jeff Cowen, who trusted to partner up with the spirits of the past. Also to all loan givers of the historical works by Hans Bellmer, Joseph Beuys, Anna & Bernhard Blume, Claude Cahun & Marcel Moore, Maya Deren, Paul Éluard (Pseud. Didier Desroches) with Dora Maar & Man Ray, Germaine Dulac, Rudolf Koppitz, Albert Leo Peil, Sigmar Polke & Christof Kohlhöfer and Margaret Raspé.

Emilia Margulies and Lukas Kesler, you and your team designed the most powerful monoliths following the idea of transforming Jeff’s works from a pictorial medium into sculptures. @emilia.margulies @galapagoth

Gustave Rudman Rambali, your soundscape expands the experience. Thank you for your trust!
@gustaverudman

To Krischan and Luis, who set the most magical light on Jeff’s work so they were glowing from within.

Thank you Frederick Hornof and Elisabeth Mestdagh for always illustrating the essence of HOUSE and SÉANCE.
@frederickhornof @studio.m.paris @elisabethmestdagh @fleurvandemerlen

Sound performances during the running of the exhibition were held by Lizzi Bougatsos, Charles Stankievech, FRANKIE and Natalia Escobar. Thank you for adding these nuances to the sensory experience.
@franziskaaaigner @baby_seal777 @charles.stankievech @discobar

Thank you to our guardian angels who ran the space on site: Kyra von Stromberg, Irene Fernandez Arcas, and Jonathan Wolff. @kyra_stromberg @irene_f_arcas @joni__wolff

Thank you Silvan and his team for running the bar during the performances and concerts. @oksilvan @barbrutal54

Thank you Stefan, Yoram, Milo, Meredith, Julia, Maike, and Claudia from Morgenroth to have supported so generously from the beginning by giving carte blanche to envision this special place in Berlin as an atmospheric time capsule existing between the past and the present.

Thank you again to all visitors that passionately engaged.
