The Lab is imagined as part of a speculative constellation referred to as THE FEDERATION OF MINOR PRACTICES. It is not a state or an institution, but a dispersed formation sustained through attention, maintenance and shared responsibility. Positioned slightly ahead of the present, it looks back at the early twenty-first century as the moment when the conditions for this formation became legible.

| EN in the comments |
