We had the pleasure of taking over our favourite food spot! @gigispizzashop

Bringing together good people, good music and a proper Sunday hang! A day away from the usual, centred around community and the things that bring us together records, art, pizza, drinks and plenty of great conversations.

A massive thanks to all involved.

Stranger Than Paradise: Meet the DJs

First, coming all the way from Bristol, is @_ghost_phone. Ghost Phone first reared its cute lil face back in 2019, starting life as an anonymous, various artist record label with the sole mission of bringing some much needed sensuality back to the rave. As a DJ Ghost Phone presents R&B and rap in a varied and club focussed way. Their freewheeling approach to mixing has seen them play parties in seminal clubs like Panorama Bar and as far afield as New York, Barcelona, Detroit and much more.

@b3lla_mafia is a DJ bringing high energy, attitude and global club sounds to the dancefloor. Her sets blend underground club music, Afro, Latin, Caribbean and Brazilian rhythms with a groovy hip-hop twist.

@clilouuu blends fresh electronic sounds with timeless classics in her sets. She is also the co-founder of MeltDown.

@dj_peggasus brings high energy & sub-bass selections, powerclashing Balcancore, Reggaeton, electro-oriental, cloudrap, deep internet finds & more.

@jessie_onze is a curator, DJ and new media artist. Known for building narratives that are both conceptually rigorous and deeply emotional, Jessie unfolds audio-visual synergies across diverse contexts.

@nyyyyyyyyycol moves between listening-focused and club-oriented music. Influenced by 90s sounds, his sets are part of the renewed interest in progressive and downtempo across contemporary electronic music. He’s is the founder and curator of IDJTFAY.

@onarrivenow is an artist and curator. Through her sets, she brings emotional drive and ethereal energy to radios, collectives and dancefloors across Europe. She is part of the team behind Ambient Club and recently featured on As Above, So Below by OKO DJ.

@_pink.wav is a DJ and creative, exploring sound as a path to shared experience. She has performed alongside renowned artists, events and festivals across Greece and abroad, including NLC, Reworks, Qreclaim and more. Her genre-blurring sets fuse bass, mesmerizing vocals, intricate breaks, and seductive percussions.

STRANGER THAN PARADISE

On September 11th, DJs @jessie_onze and @dj_peggasus join forces, bringing together their local crews around a very special guest, Bristol based @_ghost_phone.

Stranger Than Paradise opens on the rooftop at 20:00 with one half of Ambient Club, @onarrivenow, and the founder of IDJTFAY, @nyyyyyyyyycol.

Heading down to the basement, where things will run until 05:00, expect a diverse mix of global club sounds, breaks and bass, starting with @clilouuu and @b3lla_mafia.

As the night picks up, the core artists take over with peak-time sets, including the much-anticipated jungle, juke and footwork blends of @_ghost_phone. Finally, the closing duties go to our local celebrity, @pink.wav.
