GIRL...you're glowing!🤎✨️

You walk through our doors carrying the weight of the week...work, family, endless to-do lists, mental clutter.

And then you leave looking like this. Glowing, smiling, and grounded in your rhythm.

These quick waves at the door mean more to us than you know. Thank you for showing up for yourselves, leaving your sweat and stress on the floor, and filling this space with your joy every single day.

We don’t just build routines here; we are building a family...our Rhyze Tribe.

See you back on the floor sooner than later. 💋

Your goals don't care how you feel today, and neither should your effort.

Feeling heavy? Do it tired. Feeling great? Do it excited. No matter what energy you're bringing to the room today... do it anyway. 💪🔥

THE UNTOLD STORY OF PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT: EPISODE 6
💧
One student opened the door, but building a college movement meant creating the structure to help it grow. From our first officially recognized chapter to monthly Health Leader calls and mentorship, the Sweat Sisterhood was taking shape.
💧
Then the women mentoring our students started asking one question we didn’t expect: “What about us?”
💧
That’s where the story goes next. 👀

Your first week at Rhyze is $7.

Unlimited standard classes for 7 days. Dance fitness, power yoga, Pilates and strength, in a room where the music is up and the lights are low.

It's a come-as-you-are studio. Judge-free, beginner friendly, and still hard enough to challenge people who have been training for years.

Your pass starts when you book your first class, not the day you buy it. No contract, nothing auto-renews. First-time clients only.

Now open at The Shoppes at Lafayette. Tap below to claim your $7 week. 🤍
