• delicious food with even better company🌊🍽️🍦

Savouring every mouthful & conversation.

I don’t just want to know how work was or your favourite colour, I want depth.. soul.

I want the unfiltered version.

Tell me your dreams! What keeps you awake up at night? What do you want to experience more of?

• Exploring oot n about in nature, come rain or shine! ☔️☀️

I feel at home amongst the fauna & moss, but could have equally been a mermaid in a past life.

I love exploring where I live often with Luna by my side. I’m often mesmerised as I witness the world around me, whether it’s taking in the architecture, the way the trees bend or how the seasons change.

I’ve also got a list of spots I wanna travel too, because there’s just so much out there.

Daily dose of Vitamin J(OY) 🥳

play isn’t solely reserved for the under 12s y’know!

It’s probably one of the best kept secrets to a happier, healthy life.

As we grow up we collect various beliefs about what it means to be playful, joyous and often find we push away the things that make our heart sing. We’re so serious, and rigid.

What if adding more fun into your routine was actually the thing that reignites your spark? That cest for life. Fuelling your creativity.

What if it was the thing that pulled you out of the darkness and towards the light?

What if more play opened your awareness and brought in more choices & options that are available to you?

• Taking plans out of the virtual world & into reality!!!

There’s more to life than your home town babes.

I have made such beautiful connections from all over the world, which still blows my fricken mind!! Then getting to meet them & squeeze them in real life - unbelievable!!! 🥰🥰 (especially coming from an island no ones usually heard of 🤣!! )

We’re always rushing and racing to the next thing, often not allowing ourselves to simply be and receive. 1% of your day is just 15 minutes lovebug & I think everyone deserves that! 🌞💚 If you want to join the next LIVE session of @_heartwrk_ and receive all the good stuff, we’ll see you on MONDAY 1st December 🎄🎁

You will not be the same person you were when you first sat down…

During meditation things moves and adjust. Your nervous system calibrates.

In Tibetan language to meditate means to become familiar with self, or in Sanskrit it means to know thyself.. So to become familiar with anything we must spend some time observing it. Practice makes progress lovebug!
