Ran 34 miles from Mammoth to the Yosemite Valley this weekend and explored with some pretty great people. 10 out of 10 would recommend a suffer fest with your friends.

Summer in Jackson in just a few swipes
@wrighttraining thank you for keeping my joints and stabilizers ready for anything!!

As I start looking at fall objectives like the rim to rim to rim in the Grand Canyon, I know I can keep training hard and confident because @wrighttraining takes my training seriously. I’ve had an epic summer of peaks and trail runs and hard bike workouts and water days and I’m stoked to have done all of it without getting hurt and feeling so strong and confident. I’m looking forward to seeing what my body can do in the fall!

Nash’s face is the vibe we were going for on this trip to Lake Tahoe! Have fun and enjoy the sunshine, then take an epic nap afterwards.

Have you ever tried paddle boarding through class 2 rapids with 2 people and a dog? Us neither, but we did it!

Annual ride around Lake Tahoe!

A girl, a rock, a lake, and a shoe with a phone in it to capture it all.

The 3:30 wake-up was rough but the escarpment at western states is always worth it!

Lake Tahoe from the Tahoe rim trail!

Shoutout wildflowers

Another annual tradition is grilling steaks after riding around Lake Tahoe

We are working on remembering to take selfies!

It was rainy but connor wanted a s’more so thank God for gas stovetops

Connor was in the top 10% in the broken arrow 23k! Pretty epic!

@jenniferlichter pushing hard up the escarpment to then break the course record at western states!

Happy 4 years to the love of my life and my best friend! This year has been full of so many laughs and new memories made. I am so proud of you every single day for the man you are growing to be and the leader you are. You’re my favorite adventure buddy, always pushing me to be my best, and always meeting me where I’m at. You are full of grace, compassion, and you support me and my work so well. I couldn’t imagine doing life without you and I can’t wait for this new year and where the Lord takes us. Love you always and forever 💛
