The Root community is proud to present....

HOME VISITOR!!

Home Visitor describes themselves as a band, and that they surely are. As a band they do tend to play music, mostly, but not always.

Home visitor reminds us that we are babies creative wonderous babies that know much less about the world than we think. And we shouldn't be worried about that... thats the exiting part. Have fun and be silly and get up to get down with us!

See you all in the woods at THE ORB THEATER.....

Jaders is visiting from NY and we took her to one of our favorite restaurants in Tampa @olivetreebychefyousef
Great is not the word for this place - it's absolutely scrumptiously delicious! If you're feenin for middle Eastern flavors, you HAVE to go here!

What a wonderful day!
Koliada filled our hearts and spirits yesterday, as a much-needed antidote to the harsh cold world. We brought a message of hope and connection to Clinton and the Kirkland Arts Center.
Here's a back-stage group selfie with all of us. More photos and performer bios to come!

Thanks again to @thefolkist for giving us this opportunity through their wonderful residency program!

Last dinner on the cruise. My dad is so lucky on black jack. He lost some the first 2 days and won it all back and more the subsequent days. He played so often that the casino gave him a free whole family meal at the specialty steakhouse that passengers have to pay $55 more per person! It was a gorgeous 😍 meal and super delicious. Every course was so well thought out. Thanks mom and dad!

Our last day of the cruise was spent on Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas. We had a rainstorm and it was awesome 👌 to swim in the hard rain. Jade and Jasper and I just told stories and laughed while swimming and shielding our eye from the raindrops. After about 15 minutes it blew by and the sun came streaming out again. Great last day.

Fun night with the grandkids dancing 💃 🕺 with their Lola. My mom's smile and laughter was wonderful and made my heart hurt with joy. This trip was so great for them all.

So at the summit the last zipline perches itself over the open air fall. You sit in these hard harnesses, almost like seats, and you hang there right at the platform edge. The crew wait and they hover their finger over a simple green button until the other crew member confirms your harness is secure...then he just presses it and you fall...WHAT A HUGE RUSH ! I am so happy that I'm not afraid of heights. Poor Jader tried and paced and decided that the 4 other mid mountain ziplines were sufficient. Just insane and sooooo lucky and happy 😊 to have shared this event with my two beautiful nieces

So we did 4 ziplines at the mid point of this mountain ⛰️ and then we climbed to the summit and ziplined ALL THE WAAAAAY down. Most of the ziplines we took were around 6 to 7 seconds....the last was almost 45 seconds!!!! The initial drop might be like how it feels to base jump! Jasper and I did the last one. Jade decided not too, but so proud of her to do the previous 4.

I'm soooooo late in posting pics from the graduation celebration and party for Sabrina, Nina, and Sophia! My apologies! Good luck to these amazing young ladies and may the next part of your journey be filled with adventure, knowledge, fun, learning curves, and friends. I cannot believe that my cousins have kids that are going off to uni. Sheesh time flies!!! The costume party was so much fun and the food so yummy. Thank you to Danny, Geri, Erro, Lita, Rich and Melissa for inviting and including us. Thank you by extension to all the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins that have helped rause these 3 awesome young ladies so far!
