POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Freedom isn’t an age. It’s not a bank account balance either. It’s not the day your kids leave home or the mortgage is paid off or when the business sells.

I used to think it was.

Rich took me to Finn & Fire last night and for the first time in a while I didn’t work through the meal, didn’t take a call, didn’t post from the table.

Just ate slow, laughed loud, and let myself be there.

New wig, new season, same lesson I keep having to relearn.

The version of me building the Wanzer family office already gets to show up now, in pieces, in nights like this.

What’s the ONE thing YOU keep telling yourself you’ll do “someday”?

What’s ONE rule on your current board you didn’t write? I was listening to a Myron Golden video today and one line stopped me…

“You’re a pawn on someone else’s board until you design your own” and I had to sit with it because it might be the truest thing I’ve heard in a while.

The W-2 professional thinking quitting is the escape is still a pawn, the solopreneur who went out on their own and built another job is a pawn on a different board, the agent grinding $150K in commissions with no passive income in sight is a pawn, the consultant charging by the hour who can’t figure out why the money never scales is a pawn.

I’ve been all of them.

The escape isn’t hustling harder it’s not even becoming a queen because a queen is still a piece, the escape is designing the board, swipe for the 3 boards you might be on right now without knowing, drop your ONE rule below.

Taking on 4 Builders this September. DM me BUILD.

Freedom isn't an age. It's a math equation.

Most of us were taught to save. Almost none of us were taught to own.

So we earn. We grind. We do everything right. And at some point we look up and realize the paycheck is paying the bills, but nothing is building us a life that keeps running when we stop.

If that's where you are, you're not behind.

You're the first in your family to see it. That's exactly why it feels lonely. There isn't a blueprint sitting on the kitchen table for what comes next.

That's why my mom Stacey and I are building the Wanzer Family Office. Publicly. In real time.

Real estate. Private capital. Assisted living properties that serve mental health. Legacy that outlives us.

Not because we came from money. Because we didn't.

We're building it so the next person who asks "what comes after the paycheck?" has somewhere to point when they say "I want that too."

Four photos. Same two women. Four sides of what building publicly actually looks like:

In front of a property we were considering for the portfolio - the real, unfiltered, in-the-field version of us. Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce expo, aligning with like-minded entrepreneurs. Dealmaker Weekend mastermind in Scottsdale, doing the work. Stars That Shine charity gala, giving back to causes that matter to us.

Retirement isn't 65. It's the moment your passive income covers your bills, your travel, your family, your giving, and you never touch your paycheck to fund any of it. That could be any age you decide to do things differently.

That's the math. We solve it once. Together.

What's the "next best move" you're working on right now?

Tierra had the expertise. She just didn’t have the offer.

7 weeks after we built it → first high-ticket client closed.

Swipe for the 3 lies I killed. The 3 moves I gave her.

If you’re stuck chasing the next deal, you don’t have an income problem. You have a structure problem.

Comment or DM me “BUILD” and I’ll send you the full framework personally.

Grateful to @auranshereef for having us as guest speakers at the Sequoia Mastermind in Georgetown 🙏🏽

Intentional room by design, which meant real conversations instead of surface-level networking. I met some phenomenal people with amazing backgrounds and experience.

Eminent Estates got to share our passion for mental/behavioral health focused residential assisted living — and the response has been humbling.

Our first RAL investor was in that room, and two more have come on board since.

Proof that the right people in the right room changes everything. More coming soon. 👀

Same $500K. Two completely different futures.

Path A: 401k at age 60 → $1,700/month. Taxed. Locked up. Can’t leverage it. Can’t pass it on cleanly.

Path B: 3 cash-flowing rentals → $4,000/month. Plus appreciation. Plus depreciation. Plus 1031 exchanges. Plus leverage. Plus a stepped-up basis for your kids.

That’s not a small gap. That’s 2.5x the income and 10x the flexibility — on the exact same half a million.

The traditional retirement playbook was built for a world that doesn’t exist anymore.

If you’re earning well but feel like you’re still not building real wealth, this is why.

Save this. Send it to someone still maxing out their 401k and calling it a plan. 💬

Most millennials were told a 401(k) is the plan.

But here’s the problem: it was never designed to fully replace your income.

That’s why so many people are waking up in their 40s realizing they’re behind.

The shift?

Focusing on cash-flowing assets instead of relying on one retirement account.

One asset done right can generate income every year—not just someday.

I’m breaking this down LIVE Wednesday at 7:30 PM EST so you can actually see what real financial security can look like for you.

✨ Her Cause 5K Walk ✨ This weekend’s walk wasn’t just about miles on the pavement—it was about the silent miles women of color walk every single day when it comes to mental health. 💚 Including myself and many people in my family, these are challenges we know all too well. And I’ve made the decision—I’m no longer being silent about it.

The hills, the fatigue, and the moments where you wanted to stop—mirrored the very real challenges many women of color face: feeling unseen, unheard, and carrying weights that are rarely acknowledged. Yet, step by step, we pressed forward. Because that’s what resilience looks like.

The truth is: not enough people are talking about this. Mental health matters for women of color. Our voices, our struggles, and our healing journeys deserve the spotlight.

A huge thank you to my cousin @theeiyonablake and her incredible team for their dedication and vision in making this walk possible for the second year in a row. 🙌🏾 Your work is changing lives and opening doors for much-needed conversations.

Special thanks to @sta_exclusive @tbutler_realestate @richtouchsolutionsllc @kyra.realtor for being there and completing the Walk to Shatter the Stigma around speaking up about mental health! 💕💕💕💕

This is just the beginning. Who’s ready to show up, walk beside us, and make next year even bigger and better? 👟💪🏾
