A pretty fun start to 2026 ✨

The new year kicked off at home in France with the family, surfing cute waves down the road. @ernie_a_fontaine has been shredding too 🤌

BEHIND THE WORK

Next up in our series from Margaret Creative Studio, we’re spotlighting Custard by @officialgiggs for @oatly!

It’s a partnership born out of a mutual love for a classic dessert… and a shared inability to digest dairy. Treating Peckham to cake and Oatly custard in a creative takeover of local Ayres Bakery. Over 700 people came through the doors in just 4 hours to witness the biggest streetwear drop a Swedish Oat Drink company has ever done 🔥👀

Margaret led the creative production and event management, bringing this vision to life with an incredible team of collaborators. 🚀✨

Big love to the talented crew who made it happen:

Thanks to all who have so far come to the @londonmademeofficial pop-up shop, this month taking place in the world-famous batterseapwrstn 🙏🎉

We’re back for the festive season with a new talented bunch of makers, artists and creatives from @sadiq @mayorofldn’s Creative Enterprise Zones who are selling their unique collection of limited-edition art, jewellery, homeware, clothing, ceramics, accessories and gifts and hosting events, activities and workshops all holiday season (trading until Sunday 29 December) 🛍️

For the last three years I’ve been working on this flagship cultural programme with the dream team @justinesimons @adecker01 @joannaagnieszkak @kdlansing @shonaghm (and previously @majesshoney and @looshmoosh ❤️).

This week I’ve been looking back and kinda marvelling at how much the project has evolved to meet the ever-changing environments we find ourselves working in, as well as lessons learnt and taken forward from each year to ensure we keep tweaking to make things the best they can be for everyone involved 🙌

It’s been a rollercoaster so far and I’m excited to see how this new iteration will progress over the coming weeks 👀

I’m really proud of all the participants who have taken part so far and all the amazing things they have gone on to achieve.

I’ve done a throwback to the first year so it was only right to share highlights from this time last year when we opened our shop in @thisissoho in #carnabystreet in collaboration with @creativeuniteduk and a brilliant delivery team including @alicemayor @_joarmitage_ @planmakedo 🙏

We also got lots of fabulous support and coverage too from @rankinarchive @thewickculture @city_am @dougalshaw @business.bbc @visitlondon @britishfashioncouncil 🙌

Last but not least, shout out to the 2023 crew who I have so many fond memories of ❤️

Get ready for the electrifying sounds of Bournemouth’s rawest funk/soul band, ‘The Baker Brothers’!
.
Since 2001, the BBs have been lighting up dance floors around the globe, and now the ferocious five are back, bringing their explosive mix of funk, jazz, disco, and blue-eyed soul to the town where it all began.
.
We’ll be premiering tunes like ‘Sunrise,’ which is dropping this September ahead of our album in October the 25th.
.
Don’t miss out—grab your tickets now and join us at Southbourne’s buzzing basement hotspot, Makla. Summer is here!! x x x #funk #soul #disco #horns #livemusic
